Thread: Yes, We are 1.5x Stronger..

Healer 4/0/0/0: 1.5k heals every 6 seconds, CM 4/0/0/0 : 2k heals(with food,droid, etc..) every 3 secs(not sure about time)
Defender vs TKA, aura can be activated any time(no Zip bars), AI(30 secs snared But alive
) well TKA's also have attack abilities..
) well TKA's also have attack abilities..Sabers Vs melee: I would say Its almost even...
Powers Vs Ranged professions: Cant do as much damage as a rifleman, but area knockdown/intimidate, and Cloak are way better then any regular ranged profession would ever dream..
Enhancer: Great Crowd Control, Stasis work for 40secs vs 15 of CM's paralyze....
Anyway.. The reason that Jedi is even more then 1.5x strong, is because We Are the only ones who can combine everything in a level 80 character.
EX: LS: 0/4/0/4, Healer 4/0/4/0, Enhancer 4/4/0/4, Powers 0/4/0/0, Defender 0/0/4/0... This template Would have , armorbreak, 2 damage dealer attacks, 1 ranged attack, Healing abilities, Debuff abilities, Great defense(aura+force armor), Root+snare, Force run, ability to buff for 20+ combat speed, Force Cloak + more skills that dont concern regular professions such as force meditate+channel+drain etc...
Now If you think, Most of our abilities are less powerful then The regular professions Ones (debuffs,heals,force speed, etc..) But Jedi Are The Only Ones Who can Have it all!!, Get my point? They cant Nerf CM's, Rifleman, etc.. Because This would be too game breaking, In My point of view, One of the things that bring the New jedi down, are the lack of good sabers, + the lack of PVP experience, I think people spent all their time gridding, That forgot to save pearls or didn't learn PVP....

I have read alot of posts saying jedi are 1.5 times stronger which I agree the posts usually say that its only new jedi (who can't pvp) who think there not.
I know for a fact from playing with newer jedi and myself being in the situation a few months ago, that the sole reason that jedi who unlock just before or after the combat upgrade say they don't feel 1.5 times stronger is because of pearl drops of course certain jedi skills areweaker and that can't be desputed.
If any jedi with a lightsabre over about 650 max damage who is pre-cu or even post cu who feels newer jedi only lack pvp skill wants to test just take a pearl out in some cases 2 and try killing the same player with say a 500 max damage hmm about 30 force cost in some cases 
and it suddenly gets a whole lot harder to out damage that players heals remember speed will usually be slower too.

(note some pre-cu crafted lightsabres with perfect pearls can reach almost 750 max damage) It makes a huge difference,because it gives that extra amount of damage needed to out damage heals.
I hope the premium and flawless pearl issue is resolved or alot of jedi wont even have a chance in the new frs

That template requires an uber saber with low fc and millions in CAs which most jedi cant afford

sorry but theres no way in h3ll we are 1.5x stronger. your analysis that brings you to that conclusion is flawd and inconclusive.

Yeah that dude is THE MAN. Got to see a Fraps movie with him in it... CL71 and kickin everyone's butt. Held his own vs 4 jedi at once.. totally impressed us Naritus guys....

just because the very cream of the non jedi pvp players can easilly beat a jedi - does not mean that as a general rule most full template jedi are stronger than the average player.
On a second note my jedi template is almost the one listed above - pure dabbler (except i took x1xx healer instead of the meditate box at xxx4 enh) a very fun template to play if you know what you are doing..

Now, of couse, there's going to be plenty of non-Jedi that are very, very skilled and have extremely high end equipment. Same goes for Jedi; it's just that Jedi have less equipment to give them that extra edge, not to mention the difficulty of building a top end saber.
Yeah but since many jedi have no chance with the pearls way they are to have a good saber that is a problem.

So to sum it up, it's not the profession that makes us 1,5x, it's the loot? Nice to know. Instead of spending the time riding back and forth between the village and capping xp to convert to FS xp I should have camped loot spots and krayt dragons.

LOL be glad we are 1.5 powerfull, pre CU we were alot weaker, a pre cu stacker who knew what foods too take and had the right equipment could beat just about every jedi beside the Jedi Chancellor, too much forcearmor and a Chancellor with Master Enhancer is unbeatable really 1v1.
