depand how much vis you had
i think most get of the terms but if you have loads of vis you are not off the terms

usually, unless you have an extreme ammount of vis and generated more than one mission on yourself..
however...
if you have a "normal" ammount of vis and 2 BH pick up your mission and the first one kills you does the second one keep the mission or does he see a "mission incomplete" message? (I think he does as Ive seen this message once while tracking a jedi).

BH Death = No Vis.
Personally id rather be on the terms and stay alive than go off the terms and be killed by some BH

Actually a BH death lowers your viz to just below the threshold. It doesn't reset it to zero.

When YOU kill the BH, are you still on the terms?

Yes, no vis change at all for killing a BH.. well possibly more cos your using your glowstick to fend them off

then a question could be asked... do you have a metrer that shows your visiblity.. or being in a group does it lower your visibility??? this we must ponder

If you have alot of visibility, only one death from a BH WILL NOT remove your from terminals. This just happened to me last week. I got killed the first time, logged my character for one day. Logged back in the next day and got another visit. I hope 2 will lower me below the term threshold.

but is there a meter to show how much vis you show... and if you do not do anything like lets say you actually don't pull out a lightsaber but put on some knucklers does the vis go down... this is a mechanic i do not understand... this whole visibility thing confuses me

The only people who understand the system is the devs who write the code, and I have my doubts about whether they really understand the whole system themselves. Everything is so interconnected in this game, no one may ever know how it really works with 100% accuracy.

This is the impression that I've gotten from BH Missions --
After the Jedi is dead, his vis is cleared. All other BHs that had this Jedi's mission will recieve a "Mission Incomplete" message. The Jedi would not get on the terminals again unless he generated more vis.
I'm not sure if that's how it works, but that's how I've always thought it works.
