Tell you something that is stupid.. if you attack an humanoid NPC you will get vis, whether you kill them or not. How they're supposed to put out a bounty or even tell anyone that they saw you when they're dead is anyones guess.

well then it should be made that we can understand it or have a meter to show how much vis gets a jedi visibility... kinda like a way for the jedi who wish to hide.. can actually hide... you know what i mean... of course there are the jedi that are so powerful they don't care... but the ones who want to be mysterious and hidden...
Sort of like the light gem in Thief? Anyway, you'll pretty much know if you're getting vis, it's not hard to miss.

usually the case but if your vis is very high you could still be on there.

Supposed to remove you from the terms, but there is a problem. You drop just below the vis threshold and then it will only take a few NPC kills to put you right back on, unless you hide for a long time. Once you are back on, it will have a tendancy to generate your mission more often then not. I hadn't been killed for months by a BH. Yesterday, I lost to a BH I had previously killed out of my own stupidity. Logged off for a few hours and logged back on. Killed a few NPCs and guess what? Within 2 hours, had 3 more BH come for me. You die, be careful or be ready to fight......ALOT

As far as I know you lose like 60-70% of ur vis after a BH death. Dunno where I heard that though.

there should be a level or meter to let you know how visible you are... like thief... i think it would cause less confusion and then you have jedi being more secretive..
i think it would be cool... once i make jedi i kinda want to be secret and such so no one sees me and all... i dont plan to run around in my robes... stay in normal clothing hiding my true nature... not even having the saber equipped... so it won't be obvious... this is how a jedi should be... and can always have my sabers on shift hot keys for quick drawing

NO.
You are not off the terms but the same BH can come after you if he gets a lucky draw.

Yes, no vis change at all for killing a BH.. well possibly more cos your using your glowstick to fend them off![]()
Bounty Hunter: "Time to die jedi !"
Jedi: "Ok, but can you group with me first please"

You do not come off the terms. A guildmate of mine was killed by a BH, then got revived by a group member. Went around, killing more BANTHAS, never doing any jedi powers around humanoids outside her group, and an hour later ANOTHER bounty hunter came for her.
She went 1-3 against bounty hunters that day while grinding on banthas.
Losing vis after death to BH is a myth.
