My question is If bh have root and we can't attake them if they are range, but we can if we are powers is the range to attake the same as in a rifile as it is in powers? For example Will my lighting reach my target that just rooted me CAuse my range is the same as his?
CAuse what is the point if we cant attake? So i wiould think powers is a must against bh that have root.

All melee are getting owned at ranged, including Jedi. I think the range on Powers is the same as any other ranged profession (65m) but I haven't tried it. Right now, Jedi get rooted and owned at range because of our non-existant block. Man, we go from 85% block to 25%. Can't the Devs do anything in moderation.

Ty for that info, I would think powers would be a must you think? How else you going to attake a range if you are rooted?

Best bet when rooted would be to toss a force infusion on and take it. Pop a synthasteak and wait for it to wear off, then burstrun and saberthrow, then destroy him with bodyhit. Parwan nutcake might become incredibly useful for anyone without fr1 (and actually anyone with fr2 or 3 since they overwrite fr1 right now).

Hopefully they up the saber block so we are more like Jedi and less like Pee-Wee baseball players striking out all the time.
