They are now able to spend most of their time on making pve/pvp fun instead of balancing 2 professions while another 33 professions are decaying/suffering.

That being said, SWG is being reduced to a console game. Can you honestly say that SOE is "enhancing" the product that it sold you by taking away about 60%+ of the features and making the user interface more clumsy
That doesn't meet the definition of an enhancement by a LONG shot.
At best what you've said is now they have another story to peddle in an attempt to buy more time.
If you contracted and paid me to build a house for you. Then 2 years later I came back and told you that your house isn't finished, it going to be 60% smaller, and someone else is going to live in it, I doubt you would describe that as an "enhanced" house.
Gotta admit its spot on.
Thats a little harsh bro.
MS Nil has put considerable effort into helping the Jedi community.
I do think she's been FAR too much of a nerf caller, but I still respect here for her effort, if not her opinions.
MsNil does have her talents, there are some things she does well like fact gathering.
Butshe is way to biased to her own opinion and unable to look at things from other people point of view, also she takes any type of criticisms as a personal attack. She just wants everything her way right away.
I love you Seana, i just don't agree with you most of the time.

Honestly, I think she's just not good at the PvP game. Maybe she just doesn't like to PvP. That doesn't make her bad, but it certainly creates tension because SWG has become mostly a PvP game.
Why is SWG a PvP game? Simple, most of the PvE people left a long time ago, because SOE never delivered on their promise to finish the game.
quite possibly, but ive been following nil for some time now and she is in total advocacy of all of the new changes pretty much. ALL.
Now that she and hers have gotten their way, she is happy now.

I've followed these forums and I know most of the outspoken poster's talking points. I don't think she's EVER called for SWG to be made into a console game, nor do I think she EVER called for this game to have 60%+ of its abilities removed.

she still seems pretty happy about it, anyways. UNITE OR DIE!
I tried to get myself involved in pvp, but the Rebel community on corbantis where always self-absorbed and unfriendly to newcomers while the Imperial community where always great and friendly to their new. I am a hardcore rebel so I did not want to swap sides, and without any community feel what's the point of pvp'ing in SWG? All support there is is a recruiter and a pvp rating and that's it. When I gave up on the "hometeam" so did the rest of my guild. The rebels on Corbantis are now extremely few.

we all know the rebels are the bad guys..
I am concerned about the "missing" stuff and diversity, but I do have more faith in a 9 profession system where emphasis isnt put on bh-vs-jedi only.

I sincerly hope things like Lightning can be unlocked through loot or quests. I cannot imagine a starwars game where Dark Jedi cant call lightning.
Without more than 9 professions to focus on, all their effort can go to expanding their game and balance just a few professions, instead of balancing just a few while the majority of the game is suffering.

you have no idea what your talking about, BP would be welcomed by so many people in pvp. Your problem you dont know who to talk to but im guessing you didnt try to hard. The fight continues, the empire will not enslave the galaxy forever, we just need some brave fighter to continue the war, shame you dont know any.

The problem with this view is that even before the first Jedi unlocked, SOE couldnt focus on the professions or bugs that were out there when the game went live. Look at the Smuggler profession. They were told about upgrading their profession back in December of the first year of the game. They couldnt take care of the majority of the game then. What makes you think they can honestly do it now?
