Thread: New Jedi vs. BH Rumor

Ok so l a lot of Jedi on Bria have been telling me this rumor. And its not something they've been saying to bust my balls, but something that i guess they got lucky with or something. But rumor has it, that after you unlock your jedi...u pretty much get 1 free week of no BH visits from the terminals. So basically i say this is BS, but its been 3 days now and no visits, so i was begining to think that this is true. What is your experience with this? Any comments?


Today however, a player did want to challenge me to a duel. He was on Dathomir, and i was on tatooine (in my house). And i got a random tell from him saying he wanted to duel me. So i was like: ???? And he saidwe dueled in the past (which i dont remember) and he wanted to duel me again and for me to come to dath. So this little incident tipped me off to the fact that he was probably a BH who came to me while i was afk...saw i was in my house and wanted to figure out a way to drag me out. It was Pivbacca on bria...i dont know him, if any of u do....


So what do you think?



Also, what do you think i should do about BHs? Im a MCM, LS 0021 (going for 0024 atm), Novice Healer and ENH 0002. I'm CL 63 atm and i really can't do much against players PvP but i can't run away either lol.

* this is my dueling saber, not my every-day grind one. Think my best two tunes are 68 dmg and 79 dmg.

I never had a bh visit for my first few days, but immediately after my first 10 days, I ended up going away for 2 weeks, I came back to an email from a bh saying that he had my mission for a week but i hadn't logged in.

That must have been a while ago. Because BH missions "dissolve" after 3 days now...

you have a 1 week period after you unlock jedi initiate to be free from being hunted although visibility will be generated in this time , and as far asfighting bhsthrow every one of you combat med debuffs take out a cl 54 weapon of your choice and go to town .i suggest you concentrate on getting 3xxx enh ASAP for better terrain negotiation ,root ,forcespeed

I dont want any POWERS in my final temp, but you think its worth getting cloak? I'm thinking i might jsut get LS Tech tree, and then craft a better saber, and then go for ENH 4xxx. Think thats enough to get away? I'm hoping so, as it will take me forever to get those two trees maxed lol

I dont have cloak, I'm undefeated when it comes to BH's... Jedi pvp I win my share of fights, but jedi vs jedi is like rock paper sissors

forget cloak ,all its good for is scouting across the galaxy for SF rebels . yes 4xxx is enough to get away from anyone/anything simply untarget everything start running away while constantly pushing forsuppression (root) whatever attacks you gets rooted

What do you do if a bh comes? Die. What else? I guess don't get visibility.


You have no chance with that saber even against a noob BH.


Get E2000 so you can root...do that and run. GET PARAWAN so you can burst run, if you lucky you'll get away, especially if you electrolyte him first. If he's MCM too, then hopefully your belly is has more room so you can keep going. If he gets on swoop, you get on swoop. Make sure you use stims and ruby biel.


I don't know why people grind saber first, it's the dumbest thing ever... a gun will outdamage a saber until at least a level 4 in a branch, and costs no force either.


you should build up D0040, H4000, E3000 before anything else...then you work on saber...

Ok. Now supposedly you all said that i get one week free of BH visits, but still produce visibility in this week. Well I got my new jedi, played and grinded him for 4 days and now i have not been on all week and wont be on until this weekend.


So my question is, that when i sign back online after my week leave of absence, will i STILL get 3 more days of no BH visits? Or will my "free from BH" week be used up, even though i haven't been in-game playing for a full week?
