3 months no BH visits yet.... free period? Nah, I just try my hardest to stay off the terminals. I don't wear my robes unless I absolutely need to, I never go showing off my saber, I unequip if I see NPC's, I only grind in guild groups with people I know, and I generally stay out of sight and out of mind.

With the jedi "fixes" that are coming down the pipe in the next expansion I think I will redouble my efforts to stay off the terminals.... or spend a lot more time on my alt getting my shipwright business rolling.

Unequiping your saber when you see npc's (if there close enuf) will give vis, having it equipted will not give vis. We ust to get vis with robes on and sabers equipted but we dont now. If you dont feel comfortable in public with your jammies on dont wear then or saber, but they dont give vis if you are seen with them on and dont do the unequip thing when you see someone it will give you vis if ther eclose enuff or you lag a sec when you go to unequip and then come back and ther eon you, you have just givien yourself vis.

Today however, a player did want to challenge me to a duel. He was on Dathomir, and i was on tatooine (in my house). And i got a random tell from him saying he wanted to duel me. So i was like: ???? And he said we dueled in the past (which i dont remember) and he wanted to duel me again and for me to come to dath. So this little incident tipped me off to the fact that he was probably a BH who came to me while i was afk...saw i was in my house and wanted to figure out a way to drag me out. It was Pivbacca on bria...i dont know him, if any of u do....

So what do you think?

Also, what do you think i should do about BHs? Im a MCM, LS 0021 (going for 0024 atm), Novice Healer and ENH 0002. I'm CL 63 atm and i really can't do much against players PvP but i can't run away either lol.

It's most certainly untrue. IT averages a week for most, I think it's the way the viz system works and the terminals. But I've talked to several who maxed out their viz way too early and were hunted while doing trials and first few days.

If you keep a low profile, and grind in groups, ect you have as much time as you want, as long as you are carefull.

There were absolutely no BHs after me in my first few days as a jedi and I know I should have been on the terms cause I was group grinding before the fix with vis. Now remember that this is right at the time the BH profession exploded. After those days of casual ((Looking over my back constantly)) days I got my first visit...then another...and another............and another......................yeah you get it Kinda funny how none of them could beat a low level bounty with a target on his back

Yeah, I try to unequip further than 64m away. But thanks for clarifying don't want someone to think otherwise and gen vis.

I heard this a long time ago, so when I got me 2nd Jedi I decided to test it. I did everything possible for 3 days to get vis, I dueled guildmates and healed people at starports etc. No BH visits. After that I decided I was pushing my luck so I logged out for 2 weeks. I got a BH visit within 1 hour of logging on, but he asked for 100k and let me off. I logged for another week after that.

Yea the way i've found it is no bh visits for somthing like arroung 5-7 days, however you can still get vis during that time. Meaning that when that period is over you go straight onto the terms.
