Ok Here is My template:

MP, LS 0/4/0/0, ENH 4/4/0/4, H 4/0/0/0, Novice Def...

I can do very well, believe or not, The Novice defender Box really helps, +10 inate armor+ 20 from initiate, + force armor + 25 melee/ranged, +20 force defense +15 state defences...

However, I am looking for a better template 1 vs 1... I am thinking of:

MP, LS 0/4/0/0, Enh 3/4/0/2, H 4/0/4/0(for SAP)

Here is my question for the Healers out there: Is Improved SAP really worth it? Or should I keep the novice defender box+ FR2 +better root + Drain(I use it alot against AI) + Meditate??

Doesthe 35% action regen debuff Really make a difference If the Player has foods+spices +buffs??

Thx for any help(its so rare to find a healer in game hehe)...

sap is worth it yes... you just have to now how/when to use it

Pre CU > Post CU

it rocks CMs, Docs, and MLS jedi... i used it all the time their action/mind would drop in half the time and they could soon do nothing... paired up with teh right moves sap really does make a difference but its best 1v1

Just to play devil's advocate here, but how is there an improper way to use sap?

the improper way i guess would be to only use it when they are already out of mind and action
