Thread: {Simple Yes/No}. Would you give sacrifice GCW pvp for Dark/Light Based FRS.

I have always been against this.. but after a little more thinking, I figure if they did the light v/s dark thing, jedi could be more powerfull since we no longer effect the GCW.. also I have an alt that I can use for the GCW... only stipulation is I would want to remain affiliated with a faction in order to do factional quest/content.

Because I've finally realized there is no way to fairly balance the power of jedi vs the power of other combatants in normal PVP. We are a shell of our former selves compared towhat we were PRE-CU.
IF you wish to continue to agree with more nerfs to the point where we are the same as a normal person, then lets just make Jedi a starter profession with no xp loss, and no insane grind and be done with it.
At least if we take the high road and removed ourselves from "Some" GCW content we can retain our current power level and hopefully increase it, or at least get meaningful fixes to our profession without people screaming "Nerf Jedi."

I think Jedi should be on an entirely different level than other professions. They can cry all they want, but do u think any of the star wars movies would have made it if the title was "Return of the Combat Medic" or "Revenge of the Rifleman" I kinda doubt it. Make us lvl 90, allow only those who challenge us in a fight able to fight us, give us more jedi NPCs to fight and make areas JEDI ONLY where other profs get kicked from some caves POI etc if they try to enter. Jedi vs Jedi with light and dark factions is the perfect solution to this - move up the timeline to Luke being a master jedi and having his academy and have a dark master with the same and go from there. Problem solved.
