Now if the devs decided to create another tier for elite SF PVP to battle Jedi that is fine and dandy too, however I would not demand it as the Jedi Vs Jedi wars seem more appealing to me at this point.

Absolutely. I think the GCW needs to be given back to the regular players (IE NON-BH and NON-JEDI NON-Smuggler) anyway, and I have felt this way for a long, long time. The GCW is in a shambles now, largely because of the influx of Jedi and BH's/Smugglers into the mix.

I really believe there needs to be another faction for BH's, Jedi, and Smugglers.

A light/dark FRS tied into a Jabba's faction with BH's and Smugglers I think would be the best way to solve a lot of issues IMO.
