well umm I did there was no jedi in the game when i got it Unlocked march 04..there was like only 20 jedi on the server ..good old days...

Been palying the game for almost 2 years now. I actually came into the game right before the knowldege of hologrinding. Had my jedi for almost a year and I love playing as a jedi. I'm just curious.


I would have.


UPDATE: NEW QUESTION DUE TO NGE: How many of you who like the changes will continue to play mainly as a jedi?

I beta tested it and bought it before there was even a mention about Jedi.

And I believe I had alot more fun when theywere zero jedi in game.

i would have stopped playing shortly after i was done going through the JTL expansion if it were not for being a jedi...


jedi is all that keeps me in the game right now. that and my clan-mates.

WoW, GW & EQ2 dont have jedis and I haven't come back to SWG just for the jedis so I dont think its them that swung me to SWG.

I bought the game because I thought it would be ainteresting pathto become a Jedi.


I cancelled for about six months when I realized there was no way to become a Jedi, then came back once it was implemented.


For me, it isn't about being uber...I couldn't care less. I was always intrigued with Lucas' vision for what they stood for.

I bought the game to "become" a Jedi not grind it out over night or buy it off of ebay, but to work for it and make it mean something.

Perfectly said. Poetic almost. But I feel that they are failing on the 'vision'.
