Thread: MLS or MDEF
Can anyone tell me why MLS is better than MDef....at least when you compare it this way:
mdef, ls -444
mls, def 444-
I just don't understand., I only hit slightly faster, but i take alot more damage. I did a test with a buddy and we have very comparable sabers,
AS a Mdef I would have 627 dmage for a power hit, no aura or foods
As a MLS and DEF 4440 he would get 750points of damage.
I am not sure if my testing is vailid but it seems MLS is still not good

ranged KD, speed. always factor in aura...

no one ever killed a BH with MDef.
want my very simplistic approach?
PvP=MLS, PvE=MDef
MLS kills things and MDef doesnt. MLS 444- Def is a very nice combo.

okay, i'm feeling bad for my slacking answer here.
MLS get more attacks, a ranged KD with good damage, and overall the DPS is greatly increased.
MDef consume less force with heals, absorb more damage, and AI for a small amount of time.
overall, you'll probably see a bigger benefit going with MLS over MDef, unless you're heavy into high-end PvE

not what i meant. I meant that the skills given in Master Defender were not responsible for the kill. You have no offensive moves in Defender. I in no way was implying that if you have MDef in your template you can't kill a BH.
