The fix (*edit) to force regen is coming in Pub 24 wich is hitting TC today I believe. See my later post on what could be happening with attachments.

because jedi are willing to pay crazy amounts in the hopes of one day being uber, and you think they're expensive now? it'll get worse once they actually work.

I am saber capped...and halfway to melee cap for speed...I have noticed a slight improvement, or maybe I am just feeling better about it.

Im the same. and have also noticed a difference... maybe its not as broken as we think... or maybe its working a little less than its intended too..

i have a full double bladed suit, so just out of curiosity i crafted 2 equal sabers, 1 double bladed 4'th gen and 1 one handed 4'th gen. The only difference was that with the clothing on, the modified DPS of the double bladed saber increased, there was no noticable difference between the two sabers attacking CL78-CL82 torton lairs on Rori. Which leads me to even question the +25 double bladed accuracy as being worthless as well. But the bottom line is that the double bladed saber swung at the same speed as the single handed and missed just as much as the single handed.


I also tested this throughout 400k of jedi xp, so its not like i whacked one torton with a double bladed saber, jotted down some notes and then whacked another with a singlehanded saberand decided this was good enough.

You could be right here. It may be that only force regen attachments are going to work correctly. It may not be that all are coming back. My assumption is that the attachments are actually working. The problems are....


1. Cool down timers are not running at Mod DPS speed


2. This means that speed tapes are ineffective as you can only swing as fast as your cool down timer which is broken.


Has anyone checked to see if accuracy mods have an effect at all?

I managed to cap my jedi xp last night. I took my high damage crystal out and decided to work with lower 505 - 577 dmg, fc 18. Not bad for a post-cu saber. My CA's give me +12 accuracy. I noticed two things, I was hitting faster and more consistently. Force usage was still high. This was against bols and pikets in a non-maxed group. Healers kept me standing, that allowed me to use more specials. I did this with FA on and off. With FA off I used less force for specials for some reason. FA on I took less damage but used more force as expected. My mods were working for defense and accuracy. It felt that I had better speed as well. At most during one mob rush I lost 40% force tanking as an enhancer. Just my observations, hope things improve.
