Doomboss,
I've been gone for a bit of time and after reading your post and the other posts, I've mustered some confidence to start the grind again. I am in a similar situation. Good luck to you. Thanks everyone for the advice. I too will be using it.

Not sure how you expect to grind Jedi with no medic skills.
Get as much Medic as possible. Sacrifice skills, get used to sacrificing skills its part of being a jedi.

As other posters have said, you might want to get some other comabt skills, depending on what your other skillpoints are in now. Try getting you melee defense up as much as you can. Also, at this level, don't bother with solo groups. You want the spawns on missions to be low, only 2 quenkers per spawn. At master swordsman, with synthsteak or pikatta pie, you should be able to stand up to two quenkers without much trouble. An alternative to getting nov. medic would be to get Nov healer. This will slow you down, as it will eat into your force, but this is the route I went, and it worked out fine.
I wouldn't bother with Endor at this level if I was you. I couldn't grind very well there until I was LS0040. My buddy ground there the whole route from Novice sabers to Knight, so everyone will be different, but like you I spent too much time running for my taste. My advice would be to stick to solo quenker missions (grouped with a pet or droid left in town) on Dant until you are at least LS0010.

get medic skills.. helps a TON.. xx4x medic..slap on a medic hat and you can heal for 1k health and action
great tip....i have medic 0040 and never thought of using the medic hat...geesh, even us old timers are noobs sometimes ![]()
Anyway, i honestly wasnt comfortable on endor until i got ls0020. Even with this, a large back of bolle bols or borgles can present a challenge.

FOOOOOODs - a staple diet is the essence of any successful training regime....youll notice a massive reduction in dmg u take if u get some of that pitta pie stuff down u for a +50-55% block with sabre n some of that vegishash stuff or whatever they call it melee def +25%.
Im sorry if the spellings aint right but i cant be chowed to log into swgjust to check, ive lived of these for the past two months and they make a massive impact on the mobs i could grind.
Expensive but worth every penny, theyve certainly reduced my ginding time consisderably and kept me out of that bacta tank.

first off, dont do missions. just run about looking for things that give you the xp you like and that you can kill comfortably. also note that normally peaceful things will attack you all at once so thats when you use your brawler skills like taunt and intimidateto get a fight you want. using dodge food is good but also use accuracy food, missing can hurt as much as being hit. medic isnt a must its just a time saver and itll allow you to tackle 3 creatures at oncebut thats still not really a comfortable fight early on.
lastly, if you find yourself about to die, use your sword. theres no reason a master swordman should die to any type of borgle. your sword can be used to draw one on one fights as well. if you run into a group of creatures, you can use your sword to thin their numbers then draw your saber and finish them.

Try some Tattered Tortons, on Rori, while in a solo group

I'm grinding with just Novice LS as well and finding that Tortur missions on Talusseem to work nicely. I have Master Swordsman/Novice Medic and it seems to work pretty well. They don't death blow which is nice. The only food I'm using is the plus Accuracy. Doing the lvl 75 missions and only the initial spawn can get a bit hairy but you could always kill off one or two with your hammer to lessen the number if you get ganged up on.
After the initial spawn the rest of the lair is cake. It was also recommended to me to pick up NovicePowers for the "frighten animal" ability or whatever it's called to use in case you get some unwanted creature aggro.
With the 1st gen double bladed at novice using hit1 I hit for about 1700ish on average which usually kills the normal Torturs in a few hits.
You can usually wait for them to wander a bit too and pick off one or two and not have everything aggro you at once. You may want to try tagging one and then running a bit to pull it away from the others so you don't draw all the aggro while fighting.
The bulls give me 600ish xp and the regulars give 400ish....usually with the lvl 75 missions you can get about 3 bulls perwave so the xp moved to my liking and had a low "danger" level for the most part.
Other nice thing is the area is mostly empty for the most part and nowhere near the danger level of Endor. I'm doing them out of a player city and didn't see another soul anywhere close to me.
