I got an amazing success the other day and was basically doing everything you are doing. But I had Bespin Port AND Pyrollian Cake.

i had everythig but a buff, and i got nothing.

One more thing...not sure if this will matter. You say you are using a 14.93 station and a 15.00 tool. I was using a 15.00 tool but was using a 44.xx station which is about the best we can get on Naritus. I am not sure if your Station rating was a misprint or what there.

Yea sorry it was a 44.05 station and i do have pyrolian cake. but was only using it for the assembly. maybe using it at some other point could help. i dont know

Where you not getting an amazing assembly or not getting an amazing experimentation? Or both? Are you upto Techiniques IV or MLS?

Hmm, strangely, I'm not having any trouble getting amazings. In fact, if I didn't get a 6 point amazing on efficiency right off the bat, I'd stop crafting that one and start over.

MLS, with a +20 suit, in a research city, with a weaponsmith buff, bespin port on each experiment, using a 14.x tool with a 44.88 crafting station and the best resources I could buy. I could get an amazing success on 6 points of efficient, 3 points of great on efficiency and 3 points of amazing on speed on every 3-4 attempts.

Ended up with a nice collection of efficient hilts to choose from.

Yep -- Pyollian Cake for the assembly, and Bespin Port for the experimentation. And you might want to look for a better crafting station. They can go as high as +45.

LOL... you snuck in a correction on your crafting station's rating while I was typing. Your +44.xx station is obviously good enough. Keep trying. Lousy luck, I'd say.

Don-T I'm curious if you've got the FS crafting skills. You're the first person I've heard of to be this successful all the time. Do you have one of the Village "critical success" LS crafting tools?

Another thought I had...from my weaponsmith days, the quality of subcomponents played a part in crafting the final object. Even though refined crystal packs dont have any particular resource stat requirements, could their overall crafted quality make a difference do you think?
