If they do that, they are effectively saying "we don't give a **edit** about our veteran players, buh-bye."

By taking away the pearls / crystals from Pre-CU, they are taking away something that older Jedi put an incredible amount of time and money into. No where near what is required now, granted, but still a sizable chunk of cash and time.

This would be equivalent to getting rid of all the uber Pre-CU resources so that damage capped weapons can't be made for BHs.

I for one would permanetly leave the game at that point, unless a very favorable solution were provided.

if its true I want to see all non-jedi adk'd weapons removed from the game and converted to 'a stone knife'

239 Million later and I still could use one more good tune. If they infact do this, the game will be dead to me and I will go back to WoW ( which I hate)and my boring 60 Undead Rogue. **edit** are you doing to us SoE???

Funny thing is, I spent 15 mil on a rifle for my alt that is more powerful than my saber, no tuning it no chance that the money will be wasted. Just guaranteed results that it will be a great weapon. /shrug

wooow i realy hope this is not true,i used insane amount of cash to buy premiums+i hunted alot of elders to get them and i still dont have a UBER saber

the devs anounced in they chat last night that they are going to take the pre-cu hard hitting pearls and crystals from jedi players in game with the pearl and crystal revamp

The first paragraph doesn't quite fit in with the bit that TH stated in the HoC chat. He has clearly stated that Prem are gonna be coming back. Now if this is in the same form as they currently are is another question, but from what he said they are not taking away anything, quite the opposite they will be giving them back

Of course this doesn't mean that they will be good when they come back tho

If you read Tiggs post you'll find it's almost the exact same wording. No idea why people are getting upset about it *now*.

Premium pearls are going for 20-40 million EACH right now on my server. Count yourself lucky.

1. only 10 mill thats chump change compared to some of the people on these boards.

2. they have said multiple times that after a pearl/crystal is tuned they dont know the quality of it anymore so how can they take prems away ?
