Thread: My BH story Im ashamed of myself

Grinding in a city,
came back to refil/get missions,
bh comes off shuttle.
Initiates.
KD's me,
i get up fr1 + heal
find a building run around it, while he follows me, so he can only get one shot it a turn of the house.
Suddenly he stops, gets something out ( i was looking on overhead map so possibly a swoop.)
i bring up datapad to get a bike out. accidently go for barc, by this times hes gotten round he blows it up ( oh noes 1mil to repair it )
anway, i run away behind another one and get a swoop out, blows up
i get another out behind the next building it gets blown up, thats my swoops gone.
I start searching through my backpack for a swoop, one deed.
Generate it, get on, swoop away, he follows with a bike of his own, must be something fast as he kept on catching up
every time he got close enough to shoot he dismounted but i was out of range before he could shoot
he managed to get one shot in but didnt disable, bike but i had two flame jets.
I manage to lose track of him and dismount leaving my bike out
i /logout and the timer starts. on the10 second timer he appears on radar (256m )
get off bike and approaches, i store swoop hopefully that i will be able to leave the game safefly with one swoop to get back
Login screen appears, im sucessful.
BUT i feel ashamed of myself for running.

You should only feel sorry if you could havebeat him but didn't.

why fight you have nothing to gain just next time try not to lose all your bikes lol

bh have everything to gain and nothing to lose, no worries. had same sorta thing happen this morning. i rooted and fr2 off. as root landed bh says "fight!", i simple say "nope" and left dust. this is after tryin a few hits on him and determinin that i had no chance.

I know the feeling. Being a M. Defender you get used to taking the brunt of damage but still making it through whatever is in front of you. Lately though, those armor break sliced armor having, uber healing, paralyzing, DoT'ing, MBH are too much. Better to just plow on outta there and save your xp.
Who knows, maybe they will get the hint someday when there are very few jedi that will even stand around long enough to ignite their saber.

nothing to be ashamed of, you didnt lose xp and he didnt get his rewards.

only one problem here...
Did you log out in a private house? Or a building that would allow you to log out instantly?
As if you logged out in the wild, without a camp, then i hate to say it, but unless it's changed since the CU, you stay in game for a period of time, and are still attackable i believe.
It may of changed, but you may find you're logging in to a dead character next time you log in.
I never log out unless i'm in a private house, so i have the security of logging back in, knowing i'm safe while loading.
