At the rate things are going there are not going to be any Jedi left for BH's to hunt. I would love to see that happen, then the BH will cry about not having any content. The only difference is the Dev's will listen to them but not Jedi.

Can you remember how many publishes that has been "overall" good for the game, not just for a specific proffession ?

i know what you mean. i want to quit so bad, but i also really want to get a knight and have put over a years worth of time into it. basicallynow i pay to use the forums... pretty sad but i cant play my jedi if im going to get attacked and lose almost 500k xp. i need to go forwards, not backwards.

There was the revamp for attaining jedi and the jedi revamp in which they lied and said we were already balanced for CU.
That leaves 22 other publishes that have been for all players.
other than the CU, i dont remember a publish that has gotten so much negative feedback. this snare thing was complained about on test and it still went live. this is hardcore. i dont like to throw around those stupid sayings like 'i win' button, or 'gamebreaking' cause i dont think either of those things exist. but i have to tell you that i really enjoy going out and finding content and quests with my jedi, but due to the fact that 90% of all content is NPC based, i get visibility doing any of it. with the way things are now, i cant see myself taking out my jedi for anything other than grinding now, which really sux, cause since i unlocked i just cant get a handle on non-jedi stuff anymore. i havent played much on my alt cause i just dont find it as fun as jedi. but i just dont feel like im skilled enough to compete with the BH's with the way the latest publish works. im not on a level playing field at all for several reasons:
- with first strike ability, BH can choose the time and setting of the fight. they can be buffed, have droids out, have food and spice on, and then take a shot. to compete with this, i would have to have all of these things done at all times to be just as prepared. which is also counter-able by bh cause they can just stalk me til my buffs run out then attack
- with the new snare move, with a non-existent cooldown timer (or a pointless one since the snare lasts so long, a cooldown is 'cooled down' by the time they need to spam it back on) the BH can kite any melee profession with little fear of taking any damage themselves.
- due to the high loss of xp (im losing 450k+ jedi xp everytime a BH kills me now), it takes forever to regain my standing, and since im not a templated jedi, it takes that much longer to try to level up, which might put me in a better state to deal with a bh attack. this is roughly 3 hours of hardcore grinding in a good grind group, compared to the roughly 10 mins from the time the BH takes my mission til he can track me down and kill me. so for 3 hours of my work it takes 10 mins of his work, and he gets paid huge sums of credits for doing it. yet if i manage to defeat the BH, i get nothing and they do not suffer in any way at all. there is not even a delay in how long before they can take my mission again, they could, in theory, go straight to a BH terminal, and locate my mission again if they really wanted to. in fact, because i had to fight this BH who tracked me down, i GAINED visibility for it, thereby increasing the amount of time im on the terminals.
i understand that we should be hunted and that it shouldnt be easy, but this is getting out of hand.

the only ones that come to my mind are teh creature mount pub, and the vehicle publish..........then maybe the pub which brought the wait for shuttles down, but then that brought with it the fact taht you couldnt hop on the shuttle from the tix terminal, so /shrug
-anyways, the cu nerf negated all these pluses anyways, and its been hugely downhill from there
