Jedi Experience Loss
The path of the Jedi towards obtaining mastery of the Force is long and arduous, but with great rewards for those who overcome such a challenge. However, even the surest foot may stumble along this path, and for such missteps there are great consequences.
There are several ways for Jedi to lose Jedi Experience in their lifetime.
Bounty Hunter
Should the Jedi be unwary and allow themselves to become known amongst the population in these turbulent times, bounty hunters will be contracted by the various parties opposed to the Jedi's return. Their mission is to hunt the remaining Jedi of the galaxy down. Should one of these mercenaries for hire succeed in a mission, the Jedi character will automatically lose a calculated amount of Jedi Experience when the deathblow lands.
The more powerful a Jedi, the more renown they gain when using their force powers, as such, when a bounty is placed the payout is 1,000 credits for every Jedi and Force Sensitive related skill point a character has obtained, with a minimum of 25,000 credits. If a full pay bounty has recently been completed on a target, all missions for the next few days will only pay out the minimum bounty of 25,000 credits.
The experience penalty for losing an encounter with a bounty hunter, is twice the payout of the mission that bounty hunter had obtained. With the complete range being a maximum of 500,000 experience being lost on a full pay mission targeting a Jedi Master who has invested 250 skill points in Jedi and Force Sensitive skills, to a minimum of 50,000 experience, for the minimum pay possible on any Jedi Bounty Mission. Please note that this experience penalty is separate from any cloning penalties that a Jedi may incur as a result of being deathblown.
Cloning:
Cloning is a near perfect science in this day and age, yet science and the ways of the Force do not always see eye to eye. Upon a successful cloning procedure, the effects of dying as well as the minor imbalance in the Force the cloning procedure creates will cause the Jedi to lose an amount of experience relative to their current Mastery of the Force. The more skilled a Jedi is, the more traumatic such an event becomes, with high ranking Jedi Knight's losing up to hundreds of thousands of experience points, while a novice Padawan may only lose a few thousand upon successfully cloning.
Force Powers:
Currently, there is only one known power in Star Wars Galaxies: an Empire Divided that channels the energies of the Force to such a massive degree as to cause a Jedi to lose experience, Regain Consciousness. Upon activation of this power, the Jedi revives their body from a near death, corpse-like state. This power functions in a manner similar to a Teras Kasi Monk's Force of Will combined with the strength of a Doctor's resuscitation skill. Channeling the energies of the Force in such a manner is no small task however, and each time a Jedi Master Enhancer uses this ability, 50,000 Jedi Experience is Lost.

I call bull you perma termed us to control the population and claimed it was a bug. On another note if the visibility jumps that high so quickly you should lower the time it takes to drop visability

I hope this is correct and not bugged, again.
JustG-
So just the ACT of equipping the lightsaber generates visibility or just having it equipped? Without armor im toast if i get caught without a saber in my hands.
Now is this actually new for this hotfix, or is has this been the way its always been?
