Wow, well I feel dumb. I guess they are actually TRYING to do things to get the elder players to leave. Were once it was a reward just to become jedi and they topped it off with a cherry by giving us an extra char slot, they have demeaned that too because now everyone will be getting a second slot. Uh, you know a lot of people have bought 2 accounts because they wanted 2 chars on the samer server but some did NOT want to go jedi, just to have 2 guys. So they kinda get the shaft too in that respec lol. QUIT THE GAME!!!!!!

More money in new players. New players want 2 toons so they can all have a jedi and something else.

Dude, can you be upset about the real things that are affecting Jedi like nerfs, and not whether or not SOE finally decided to join ALL OTHER MMO's by letting everyone have multiple characters per server?

/SIGH, If your trying to teach me basic economics dont bother. I know this. It has nothing to do with waht Im saying though. Im speaking more on the moral view of these choices SOE and Devs are making.

And I am upset abut the real stuff, why dont you go look at my 3 other posts on the subject. Im just going to continue to post each and every stupid thing they do to ruin the game is all. Read my "I QUIT!!!" post and also "If you love SWG then quit the game now" posts.

Will the level of your second slot character start out equal to the level of your first character?
If not, I don't have a problem with this - the new second slot will have to be ground up like the first slot was.
No big deal here. The NGE itself is the big deal, and that's bad enough.

It should start as cl 1 Im sure, just like when I unlocked my jedi.

It will start at level one. Just a good way to make the "locked in" profession system acceptable to everyone. I think it make sense. What I wanna know is if each of our 2 active toons gets an alt to give us 4 toons per server we unlocked on.

I doubt it, but it would be nice.

They may lose a lot of accounts even from people who stay around after NGE and didn't unlock jedi pre-NGE.
Think about how many people paid for 2 accounts and won't need to now :->

This doesn't matter. Seriously.
When you actually get to play your character in this new system you'll realize it too.
The game is garbage. A complete joke.
If you are seriously going to try and stick around after the conversion, the fact that other players got a second character is the least of your worries.
