Erm no. I have read many of the EU Books. No more Sith Lords besides Vader and Sidious, but there were Dark Jedi.

your asking for sith lords? i say no to this, and i dont think we should even have jedi masters, we all know how this came about, lame fight clubbing. as a bh one day, on ahazi server, i tracked my mark to the later infamous rori guild hall, wher they "fightclubbed" arouind the clock. no jedi have earned the title of master, none, they are all fight clubbers. i think there should be no frs ranks at all when the new frs starts. except for knights. and the new frs system should be fight club proof. it should be based on a padawan relationship, these type of things, not fight clubbing. but i dont ever think a player master jedi should exist. just as there should be nop player siths.

to say you are a sith lord is to imply that you have dominon and rule of the , now extinct, sith race. at that time when the fewjedi broke into exile on korrriban they were seen as Gods, refered to as lords by the sith, if i remeber correctly. there wasnt just one but many dark jedi, sith lords, at that time amongst the sith race. the only reason why theres is only2 sith to rule at anytime is simply because to have more than that would cause civil war amongst them continuosly, nothing could be accomplshed by the sith if this were to fester. so yea there canbe many dark jedi that practice in the ways of the sith but to pronounce urself a sith lord not only brings upon you the wraith of thejedi, but also the dark jedi who want to take your place and gain the title for themselves. in order to become a sith lord in this game you need to kill Vadar or paptine, or both, which ant happining given the story and timeline.

All you'd have to do to get Lucas to approve it is talk to him in his language...$$$.

If you actually read EU, you would know that the true Sith are a species. These sith are decendants/followers of the ideal, not Sith. In their darkness, they consider themselves Lords of Darkness, Lord of the Sith, however, they use it as a title, the Jedi are wrong, and the 'Sith' are wrong, and in many EU referances one can find hints of a Dark Empire outside of the galactic eye.

Still, no Sith Lords.

And on no Jedi Masters, the Sith Lords are very different from Jedi Masters, Jedi Masters are reknowned for power and knowledge, yet are elected, Sith Lords are reknowned for power, so due to the fact Jedi usually vote/elect the masters, theoreticly Sith Lord would be stronger than the average (Kit Fisto, Ki-Adi Mundi) Jedi Master.

I would also like to say, Sith does not equal strong dark jedi, Sith is a species AND an ideal, Sidious and Vader apply to the latter.

The fact is that this just isn't true. There would be no disruption of continuity if Sith Lords were a playable profession. They survived by doing what the Jedi did: hiding from the Emperor.

The line from Episode 1 is memorable: "Always two, there are. No more, no less. A master and an apprentice." This line is taken the wrong way most of the time. People take it to mean that there can only be two Sith Lords in existence at any given time. This is the way the line was meant to be taken, but it isn't entirely true. It is an ancient Sith tradition for the Dark Lords to take on an apprentice, and stay away from other Sith Lords. When the Sith first ruled the galaxy, they found that staying in large groups together led to higher casualties than the first Jedi inflicted on them. They fought amongst themselves and almost wiped themselves out. So they began to stay in groups of two, and they stopped killing each other (for the most part; the movies show us that there are exceptions.) So, this doesn't necessarily mean that there shouldn't be Sith Lords.

The definition of a Lord: A man that holds high rank over a number of people,including armies, in a fuedal society.

Now wouldn't you say that since Darth Vader and the Emporer rule the Empire (As well as its armies) and also have full control, they were the only LORDS? I would think so. The others that are "hiding" from the emporer have almost nothing under their control.

It's one thing to be a Sith Lord, it's another to be a plain old sith. As you see with the Sith that attack the village on Dath.
