Thread: Proof of 'COOLDOWN BUG' Post contains NO INFO ON REPRODUCTION

Hello everyone. 
I am posting this to make sure attention stays focused on this issue until it is resolved.
I have tried to PM Blixtev details on this but he has PM turned off.
I have instead PM'd details on this to Tiggs, asking that she forward them to Blixtev and/or relevant parties.
Facts:
People are intentionally bypassing cooldown timers allowing moves to be repeated at speeds that should not be possible.
There are many variations, with many factors affecting the specific results, yet the same core issue seems to be behind them all.
This can be done without a macro, as well as by accident, and is EXTREMELY REPRODUCABLE.
For my example/proof I have chosen SABER POWER ATTACK as the move to be repeated because of it's warmup and long cooldown.
ThisSLOW move makes it an extremely easy to see the bug, as it should be obvious that what I have done should not be possible with such timers.
In the following screenshots you will see that I have been able to intentionally reproduce this bug for testing purposes:

First of all - I hereby call out the DEV's & CSR's - Please contact those of us who can reproduce this for in-game demonstrations.
This is what as known as an example. I picked 'Power Attack' BECAUSE it was slow. Some of you misunderstand this.
The point is that the cooldown timer on ANY MOVE can be fudged into allowing a repeat move with an invalid timer.
People are expected to extrapolate fromthe screenshotsenough information to understand that this is in fact, a bug.
This is the same bug which allows people to macro their moves down to one hit per second, or break the timer on stopping shot.

Sorry. I dont usually complain on the forums all the time so Im not used to this. But whats happening in the screen?

NP.
What's happening in the screeniesis a move with a 1 second warmup and something like a 5 second cooldown going off 4 times in 10 seconds.
The total time being used by this 6 second move is 2.25 seconds average. This should not be possible, yet it is re-producable.
People can do this with other moves andother professions as well, gettingdifferent results depending on circumstances.
The dreaded 'once per second' or faster attacks with the same move are a result of this same bug, sometimes facilitated by use of macro.
It's game-breaking when people do it on purpose to gain an unfair advantage.
Unfortunately that is exactly what has been happening more and more lately.
Hopefully, following Blixtev's brief acknowledgement of this issue in a thread that got deleted due to morons posting too much info, we will see a fix soon.

You're Master Saber, atleast 1002 enhancer, and 3000 healer, with 1000 or so in defender (I'm guessing more). I'm I dead on so far? You killed a nightsister, and with warmup timmer you POWER ATTACK, not headhit, every 2 to 3 secconds, that's including warmup, exicution & cooldown. That just kinda irks me....

Well...you're not exactly dead on there, but not far off.

...and you SHOULD be irked...that's the whole point...to show clearly that a horrid bug exists which is exploitable.
Without showing how I wanted to prove this because the longer we argue over IF the longer it will take to fix.

I'm retemping (after respec ate some of my skills... and I chose to get a 2 mastery temp, AGAIN. lol). I'm going mls/menhanc, and you hit 4 to 8 times faster than me

Oh, and as a note, all things being equal, i should hit +20 speed points faster than you because I've got that bit of enhancer. Which is what offsets your greater defence, the +10 init armour you'd have on me, I'd have +20 speed to even out the playing feild, you get me?
