After 2-years, the BH cor' is being asked to step down by the Devs.
Despite much "rancor" between our two communities, TANKS always kept a level head and to his credit fought hard and well for "his" players.
I've a deal of respect for him and hisprofessionalism -please remember that he stood in for the Jedi Cor and at times kept us updated when other lines of communication ran dry.
Iwish him well in "glowieland".

I like that. I think we should adopt it as an official replacement word on these forums.

Well i havent agreed much with many of his opinions especially in some of the most recent posts, but i will say it was always nice to seehim actively involved and willing to read posts and put in his input. Later Tanks.

His "goodbye" is already up on the BH boards, and the Dev Tracker has a request for replacement applications.

They said the term limits he mentioned were active when I was brought in a while back. The policy isn't new so much, as finally being fully implemented.
From what I remember, the reasoning being that you can get pretty burned out after 6 months, although Tanks was an obvious exception to that rule.
From what I remember though, after stepping down, they are still free to apply again in the future, so this may not be the last you'll see of Tanks.
Cool to see the Jedi honoring him too though. He was a stellar correspondent, and will truly be missed in that capacity.

You know what, when Bacca steps down, I hope TANKS remembers us...
I think he will.
Peace.

Sorry to see him go, he worked very hard, and brought common sense to the table.

Yeah! SonG or Bacca for the BH's, and TANKS for us.

Job well done. Even if I didn't care for some of his opinions, I don't think anyone can argue he did a fantastic job for his profession.

Tanks was level headed and reasonable. He always did his best to keep his profession followers up to date. Good luck Tanks and /Salute !
