It says right on the box, "game experience may change during online play."


Even though the box says so, and I agree every time I click yes to login, I too am guilty of wishing things and many published never happened.

This being said, all of the posts asking for this to be changed and that to be changed really need to just stop. There shouldn't be anymore petitions to try and change SOE's mind, because we agree to play this game as is every time we login.

I have been playing the game since June 03' and I have struggled in the last six months to recognize the game I used to play. It's a completely different game for better or worse, and I am going to have to accept the changes I don't agree with, and everyone else should as well.

The sooner we start accepting this the better.

They are paying, if they are unhappy let them complain. If you don't like to see them complaining don't come to the forums.

Yes i agree with you completly but we also have to play with a bugged and broken unfair system and its not right why are we paying to play a beta....

This game has been out for 2 years and you would have thought that the bugs would have been worked out to near perfect play by now...

I do like the Cu and the DEV's are bringing in more and more content but it would be nice to have ALL the major and bugs fixed first then bring on the content and get the game right...

Nah, you agree that SOE can change what they want every time you login. The alternative is to not pay anymore, or else pay and live by SOE's laws. I hate to say it, becuase I think the game, and Jedi profession have been completely destroyed, especially since the CU and all the respec Jedi/ease of leveling, but I am not complaining. I think it stinks that belts got changed, but hey you don't see me petitioning to have things reverted back to Pre-Publish 9.

Maybe I will then lol.

Totally! If we want to keep them as customers, we need to stop complaining and let them do what they want with the game. After all, it's THEIR money! They're the ones paying us to play the game!

Well I don't like the cu much like a lot of people but you don't see me complaining either. But I think people have the right to complain if they are unhappy because well they are paying.

And as far as I'm concerned, however dim the line may be, there is in fact a line between "Game experience may change during online play" and "You will frequently be asked to bend over"

Lol and now i agree with this also, i feel like our views don't get taking into consideration, we are just the player base we don't count i mean the devs and designers have all the answers and we are just whinning little kids RIGHT??

If they add stuff, change anything, or attempt to fix something, they have to change code. When you change the code, there is a chance that something else will go wrong. If you wanted a perfect, bugless game, they would have to stop adding content, balancing professions, and all that.

Quick question for you all. Do you think SOE wants to lose your money?

Ok now that we've got that straight, I would also like to point out that they have been running MMO'slonger than you have and have much more experience that you have. You wonder why they don't listen to you? Most likely because what you say is biased, and wouldn't benefit the game as a whole. (Or isn't really doable given their resources and the games current engine, see most of the FRS/master and apprenticeideas.)

Hmmm . . . shut up, can't you see we are supposed to be trying to get that carrot! Its just up there, do you see it? Once you get the carrott, it gets better.
