Thread: Old Republic Facility possible to solo for Jedi...?

I'm asking because I'll be playing wierd times for the next few weeks and my chances of grouping-up will be minimal.

I'm about to do a Mustafar quest that requires that I go to the Old Republic Facility on Mustafar. I'll likely be going alone (MDef / MLS). Should I bother, or will I absolutely need a group to be able to complete the tasks within the Facility.

Peace.

Well 2 of us fully temped tried, the boss's are tough. I am MLS, Def 4440, Enh 3002,heal 4000. My friend MLS, Def 4040, Enh 3402, heal 4000. Fist boss took us almost our enitre force but we eventualy did it, second boss took us both down after a bit, just semed we couldnt realy sxratch him and he hit hard.

Hmm there is ALOT of agro in there of level 80+ me and two other jedi went in there and a few times we got in over our heads. Force was the main issue, being hit alot for high damage by multiple enemies = not good.

Theres a level 87 boss mob too which id imagine would be pretty bad solo.

Well I said as with 2 of us it was over are heads, but once we got a third it was overall a cake walk I found. Maybe thats just comparing it to the first trip. But no problems with 3 of us.

Fragment of the past is easily soloable, just kill all the droid and crits as you are progressing not too get too many aggro

History lesson is an other matter but there is a trick, you can do it with 2 people, one aggro the boss and aceepst to die while the other safely kills the droids to get the card and then can come back to activate the terminal

Oki-dokey.

I'm getting form this that my Jedi will be overwhelmed by the aggro and have problems with the Ancient Xandank - despite being adevastatingly beautiful Twi'lek in a stunning gothic black and red outfit, wielding immaculate manners, flawless grammar and enunciation, and a gothic pink lightsaber?

Oh! The injustice of it all!

Peace.

It can be solo'ed. It involves alot of running and 1-2 incaps. I did it for the "fragments" quest, and again did it the "hard way" (killed everything in sight) with another 2 friends for the "history lesson" quest.

It might be possible to force run through the whole thing once you know exactly what you are doing... But two of tried doing that and we both died. The two of us didn't try going through it the right way. I also had no trouble with two other fully templated jedi on another expedition.

Parwan for non-jedi as well. Word of advice: since technically you won't be fighting anything (don't try to go toe-to-toe with the mobs in there solo... ), store your modded clothing in a droid before you go in. Accidents happen and it's better your stuff doesn't decay

Which I don't have (MLS MDef H3000 E0002).

And besides, I'm far too tall to run anywhere while maintaining any degree of elegence. My approach is generally to beat the living daylights out of things then move on to the next. It seems that in this case, my usual approach will not work.

One question: what is the respawn timer like on the mobs? Specifically, once those droids in the "stairwell" are down, do they stay down? If not, then how long before they pop up again?
