Parwan for non-jedi as well. Word of advice: since technically you won't be fighting anything (don't try to go toe-to-toe with the mobs in there solo... ), store your modded clothing in a droid before you go in. Accidents happen and it's better your stuff doesn't decay

I see - I think. Are you suggesting that I take Parawan, put up all my best defences (Aura, Valor, etc)and run through the Facility, throwing switches? I was under the impression one needed a key from a mob - this means fighting.

I have the same temp as the o/p. Fusing the fragments is easily soloable , history lesson is a bit more trickyBUT you don't actually have to kill the two gold chevron bosses to complete it. You don't even have to fight the Tulrus as the box of computer parts is accessible from the doorway. Once the computer is restarted you can justkeep all your defences/food going and ignore the other boss while it nibbles at you and kill a couple of the droids for the last item. I used a holoso i didnt run out of timebut it wasnot too much trouble in the end.

You can solo every BUT the two boss mobs. They have 34k ham, and are ab immune. First is level 85 second is 87. Plus... killing everything solo will not work, its on a timer. You will run out of time before doing it all.

When the level 87 mob spawns, you need to kill a single droid, then use the computer terminal and you are done. So you only actually need to kill one level 82 droid (7k ham).

Even a pre-CU jedi would have a hard time killing the level 87 boss mob, and even if they did, they would have just wasted at least 10 minutes.

Its not that anything in their can't be killed solo with the right tactics, its just you only have like 45 minuts (ish) to complete the mission.

Understood.

Aha! Then the problem presumably is becoming entangled with too many security droids.

That would be me, then. Yes, I understand - don't fight the boss mob. Keep defences up, kill droid, loot, use computer and run. Bah, I hate running - I'll trip over my skirt.

History lesson is an other matter but there is a trick, you can do it with 2 people, one aggro the boss and aceepst to die while the other safely kills the droids to get the card and then can come back to activate the terminal

I soloed Both of them. My template is MLS Def 1x4x Healer 4xxx Enhancer 44x4

going down, you could probably solo it....its getting out thats the problem...

let me elaborate...I did this last night with two buddies, a carbineer/sl master and another jedi...we went down fine with few breaks to regen force. once finished and was heading out we barely made it to the second level and for some reason I got killed on the first incap. Was strange because only went down one time, stood up and was dead. Had no previous incaps on the way down. The one change I would make is run a heal macro to force heal and another macro to ruby beil and stim constantly. The hardest thing to do was to run out while still trying to heal myself. All you have to do is get out of there and the big hitters are on the highest level as you leave the warren....get by them and you are home free with the first part of the quest. Was really nice having a sl with us, recommend it highly.

Most of the aggro is security droids, yes? I presume they are ranged and so MLS + Improved Force Valor + Vayerbok = minimal damage from these chaps...?

I soloed it. Keep in mind if you don't plan to run past everything you will need to be Master Defender IMO. At one point I was tanking four CL 87 Machines. If you are not careful you can be overrun pretty easy. I didn't run past anything though, killed everything and finished the quest. Now I believe I have to do it again, History lesson. I think I'll be running through the begining and then killing stuff at the end this time lol.

Yes, at some point you have to kill a few security droids to find a key, but those are quite easy. As far as I know, you don't need to touch the 2 boss mobs in either quest.

Unfortunately, I don't have +CLOAK+...

As an MLS+MDef with no escape skills, in fights my choices are: kill or be killed.

I have cloak in my template and never used it. You'll do fine if you know how to PvE....meaning using stims, food, spice correctly. Also does help a lot to have a 700+ damage saber
