Powers takes patience and skill, lightsaber is more about dealing damage quickly.

Which suits you best?

with patience and skillin powers is it strong? will it be able to defeat a MLS?

or suppose i got MLS and 4000 powers 4000 healer 4004 enh and 0040 in def?

would my lightning be as strong as it would be if i had master pwers?

I have a guildie going Menh and Mpowers with 4000 Healer etc.......

That's right....NO LS at all!

He wants to use this template is a supplement to others during PvP. This template will require SERIOUS skill (which he has) and SERIOUS patience. If you know what you're doing, master powers CAN be quite effective.

Powers alone is not strong, if you learn how to use it well you can be invaluable in group PVP and moves such as choke work very well against BH and other non jedi. Against jedi powers is often pretty useless as def 0040 gives 80 force defence and 0004 enh gives force shield which nullify most of your attacks, not to mentions absorba nd feedback from other enhancer trees.

Combine powers with a good saber and you will fare much better but as i said you need to learn your template.

Powers 4000 will be pretty eye candy only, in fact even with mpowers lightning is pretty much eye candy only.

this guy answered your question completely. Any template can be effective....but not ANY template will be effective for YOU. You need to decide what kind of Jedi you want to be. Powers is all about wearing out your opponent. LS skills is about causing dmg to your opponent quickly. Which suitsYOU best?

having only LS 0400 will assure your LS will suck. All your experimentation points come from the far right branch, so you would have to have at least 0404 LS to get a decent LS.

Mpowers ls 0440 enh 3402 heal 4000

Those pics were taken pre CU though when i only had powers 3000 and it worked ok.

what is better and waht is worth it def 0040 or enh 0400?

Ive been both considering the low drain of force armour i prefer that plus no defender means more sp to spend elsewhere.
