Thread: Powers Template
not sure how to redistribute skill points to add that. Too tired. Use a character builder to add the extra branch of LS and see what you come up with.

I have the exact template you want (Mpowers, LS x/4/x/x, Def x/x/4/x, Enh 4/x/x/4, Healer 4/x/x/x) its great vs BH's, great fun in Mass PvP but 1 on 1 vs Jedi it sux ![]()
And i advise u, before you finish your template get some skills in the last tree of LS to craft yourself a nice saber.
(I got ls x/x/x/3 and used a +2 LS suit to make my saber, witch turned out quite nice, then dropped the last line on LS and finished the rest of the template. Its a bit extra grinding but its worth it)
And if you want to use force lightning you really need master, then u are doing nice dmg.

And honestly defender isnt needed, 25 ranged and melee def on my jedi just have force armour on and away you go i dont even use BE clothes.

Take a look at each template you can build around those 2 rows of skills and see which one matches your desired functionality and skill choices.
Here is a sample template with each.
Mpowers, LS 0400, Enh 4004, Heal 4000, Def 0040
Best Accuracy and Dmg for Powers
Armor Break, Head Hit, and Power Attack for Sabers
Root, FR2 (Must toggle off to do any damage), Force Speed 2, Chanel, Meditate (Slow), Snare
1500 Heals, Improved Infusion
Advanced Aura causes apprx 30% misses for attacks, 3000 Total Innate Armor
Mpowers, LS 0404, Enh 3402, Heal 4000
Best Accuracy and Dmg for Powers
Armor Break, Head Hit, and Power Attack for Sabers, Saber Block causes 20% misses (Ranged Attacks only), low force single target melee KD, Improved Saber Throw (Additional High Damage Ranged Attack)
Root, FR1 (can be active at all times), Force Speed 2, Chanel, Snare, 6000 total Armor
1500 Heals, Improved Infusion

the only thing i would like to add to this discussion is that powers attacks and ls attacks are on different timers, which works out very nicely for stacking damage quickly. youve got to play with the combo and get used to it, but it works well if you can get it down.
as for going for the last line of ls to craft a better saber, you could always drop it after you get it, and retemplate the line to soemthing else if you didnt want it. but, the imp. saber throw goes well with the ranged attacks of powers, and remember, they are on different timers.
M Power is great against Non-JediDefender (yes only that). My M Pow toon is, m pow/4xx4 enh/x4x4 ls/4xxxhealer/novice def.. I play on that char -unfortunately- seldom.. So I made a "fun" template.. But ifI wouldplay as main, would do;
xx4x defender/4xxxheal/x4x1 ls/3xx3 enhacn/M power
How do you guys think this template would work out for someone that does not want the FOTM Powers template?
Master Powers/04001Sabers/4000 Healer/0402 Enhancer/0040 Defender
Gives you Improved Aura and FA2. The only problem no Force Run or Force Speed.
