Thread: Lets all sue SOE to get our money back ... and some extra for the time we spent grinding jedi !!!

They used StarWars name to cone us into paying money to achieve a jedi status (yes, they used jedi status to keep us ingame and to collect our money knowing that all SW fans which are millions around the world will want a powerfull jedi - and not some sick joke they made it ingame) and they finally gave us something weaker that a Mfencer/TKM/0040Pistoleer ... so its like Im taking your money saying u will have a nice brand Ferrari (of course using Ferrari name to cone ya paying those money) and after that replacing all the parts in thatcar with an usual ford focus motor and so on.
So they must simply pay all our money back and some extra for the time and energy we used into making a jedi ...

well.. you did chose to play this game...and a reason like that isnt going to get any money back..

oh stop ur whining. when u get into the village u will be put on the fast track to padawan, maybe even be given it at the start, no fs xp to get

Sure thing I choose to play this game ... but I havent choosed to be tricked about something 
If I agree to buy a Ferrari I agree also to pay the money for it ... but if I pay the money for a Ferrariand I will get a crap Ford Focus I can surely sue the seller ... right ????

Call up a lawyer... see if he/she will take yer case... if they do let me know... cuz I got a bridge I can sell them...

If not I will enlight ya ... in 1999 I finished economics and in 2003 law ... now think about this

well, i hope you have millions because that's what it will cost for a law suit aganist soe and, chances are you will need a few more millions whensoe counter sues your ass.
whatwereally need is some kind of orgiznation that evaluates video games andother software(kind of like theFDA does with food and drugs) that way if the davs say somthing works a certain way it better work that way!

Well, I kinda think its a trendfor huge companies to loose to unsatisfied clients
But for sure I will sue them for my wasted time ...

I am not sure what law school you went to, but your reasoning is flawed and is a pretty poor comparison to make to what you actually purchased. It is pretty clear in the user agreement you sign everytime you log in. As a graduate of a law school you should be able to read and understand that you aren't agreeing to buy anything tangible like a"Ferrari",but you know this because you went to law school and completely understand such agreements. You would also understand then howbinding and legal they are...don't you?
I also sincerely hope you wouldn't use the phrase ".....I haven't choosed to be tricked about something" in a legal brief.
