You're kidding, right?
To sue SOE because you didn't like the Jedi experience in a video game? Using the Star Wars name to "cone" you in? (I assume you mean "conn," Mr. Law and Economics Degree). That's got to be the most rediculous thing I've ever heard of. It's like suing Fox Searchlight because Episode I was bad and it bore the name Star Wars. You bought the game, you agree to the EULA every time you play it, you're in NO position for a lawsuit.
Does the word "frivolous" ring a bell?

Of course I would expected something like the real brand ... its like buying something in a brand package and to discover after u open it that it doesnt have anything to do with the brand on the package. Now tell me ...will yousue or not the company advertising one thing and selling a total different thing ? ... and far worth ... after u open the packed they will simply come into your home and change the product u are about to consume with something else crap ?

Too bad you where not as smart as some of the rest of us and leave the whole Jedi crap alone. Your the sucker that fell for their marking crap. Too bad so sad boy. Hey and guess what genius....alot of people picked up this game because it is one of the only if not THE only Star Wars game on the market where you can pick to be differant races/classes other than a REBEL OR A JEDI. If your dumb ass wanted to just play a Jedi then go freaking play Jedi Knight II or Knights of the Old Republic.Man if your other 1399 posts where as STUPID as this one then you sir should be banned for flooding the boards with **edit**.

The only person who gets to decided if the game is Star Wars brand" enouhg (from a legal standpoint) is George Lucas.
AS long as the game bears the LucasArts title, he does.
So....suck it.
oh and a few choice tidbits form the EULA

I didn't read the EULA when I first logged on, but I assumed that such was in there.
I postedit because people who sue over stupis stuff like this gives liberals like me a bad name. There is a time and a place to sue giant corporations.
Suing SOE because your Jedi doesn't work like you want it to is neither the time nor the place.
Oh, and The orig poster doesn't have a legal leg to stand on.
This would get laughed out of court faster than Fox/Bill O'Reilley suing over "fair and balanced" (wich they -literally- did.)

I know this is probably just a complaint or joke and that many ppl have posted already but, I'm getting sick and tired of ppl complaining about this game and the CSRs and the Devs. You CHOSE to play this game. You can stop playing at any time and you won't be shot for it or anything(and for you ppl who read into things way too much, no I'm not saying to go shoot yourself or anything to that nature). Devs and CSRs are just trying to do their job and create and stable safe atmosphere for online play, if your ideals conflict with theirs, tough because their in charge of the servers and it's looking like it's staying that way for awhile. Sry for any who took this personally I just had to vent because since I've been playing since the beginning I haven't seen one good post about a CSR or Dev only complaints, and I KNOW CSR's and Devs have helped many of the ppl in the this community. Thank you and that is all.
