Thread: [Jedi Guide]: Crafting the perfect Lightsaber for Dummies
Here are some hard numbers for reference. Resources are best available on the server, 10 exp points. When a statistic is sited, it was maxed in experimentation getting amazing results. No more experimentation points were available for that statistic.
Base:
Critical Assemble
Speed:2.01
Dmg Min:145
Dmg Max:241
Wound:30.36
Dps:96.77
Sac:126
Efficiency (only stats that changed are listed)
Sac:96 (23.8% increase)
Fac went down slightly as well.
Damage:
Dmg Min:159 (9.7% increase)
Dmg Max:269 (11.6% increase)
Dps:106.46 (10.9% increase)
Speed:
Speed:1.89 (6.0% increase)
Dps:102.11 (6.3% increase)
Analysis of results:
Recommend you put exp points into Efficiency because it is the only stat that cannot be modified with perls. Four -.2 speed perls will decrease the speed to 1.21, or a 66.1% reduction. That with a skill tape should get it to one second. I'm not sure what the speed cap is. Speed tapes can be put into gloves, hat.
If there is a speed cap and you have perls / sea to meet it, then put the rest of your points into Damage after maxing Efficiency.
I did try T'illa-T'ill, it only effects food. So worthless for this application.
2 questions:
Is critical better then amazing success?
And Is it possible to get a critical success without the special LS crafting tool from the village?
any comments on the new insp buffs and effects on LS crafting?
for me, I seem to be getting much fewer amazing success.

for me, I seem to be getting much few amazing success than before.
I have no idea what you mean.

I understand how it works and yes I have gotten the WS buff. What I mean is, before, when I got the regular insp buff and then proceeded to craft a saber (with food in a research city), I would get many more amazing successes than I do now with the only thing changing is the WS insp buff instead of the previous standard entertainer insp buff.
