I'm in the same boat. Think we're out of luck. Your jedi was payment enough for unlocking pre-pub 9. You don't get any free FS skills now - have to earn them on your main.

Slightly wrong my friend, you only need 18Million Weapons XP ( = 600k FS Combat xp), because when you earn this you will also have earned 1.8 Million Combat xp (= 600k FS Combat xp).
Roughly equivalent to 3 Elite Combat professions, so equate that with how many more profs you had to do to hopefully stumble on that final silent profession.
For me this was good because I only grinded 24 professions & am on the same situation as you, where as I would have porbably had to do 8 more to unlock on old system.

Another question I have is, you need 6 skills to get padawan, is it 6 skill boxes(ie Force Progression, hightened senses) or is it the trees within them, (ie Ranged Speed, Melee accuracy)? I don't think it will be that bad if it is the trees in the skill sets.
Also do I have to do quests at each phase, or can I have my 4 skills and work on them, when I finish go and do another quest and get another set of skills, and then by that time unlock padawan.

You need 6 branches ofthe 4 different trees. You unlock 1 branch per village phase. Once that is unlocked you gain convert normal xp to fs xp to put towards that branch, when you get enough xp for a box you can learn that box.

well i got a bugged disk but i cant get the danm sith to re-attack me

JPL..I looted my disks. When I tried to "use" them, I got the message that I had to loot it before I could use it? Something like that.
I put the disk in my backpack, took it out again and tried to use it again. It worked this time.

I got 5 unlocks, but don't know which ones to take....should I take stuff that arn't availible on this first phase so that I don't have to wait on the other phases? And should I go ahead an unlock the lines before I start a quest...or go ahead and start the quest? well I actually started the Captains quest...like on the 3rd set of waypoints...but I havn't used my free unlocks yet...

You will get access to the village if you qualify under the new system. That's how I got my old man visit.

i tried teh backpack thing i even tried the satchel then i put the satchel ion the backpack
And still changes
My force cristal doesnt even say that i did the 2 sith it did before but now it doesnt
