just a question. Does this mean that our current cloak falls within this rule set already or are a new fresh round of rules coming? Just looking for some clarification.
My own take is it's just another build to counter Jedi. They couldn't have the jedi running away under cloak so they had to make sure there was a counter so that whether we want to engage or not we now again have no choice. No I'm not pve Jedi by any means, just one that doesn't always want some annoying bh to bother me while doing x, y, or z. I like the ideas for the rangers as a whole and truly the only thing that does bother me is the sanctioned stealing from pc's. I guess I should reserve commentary on that until I understand what the special items that canbe stolen are, but something tells me none of us in here are going to like it one little bit. As we are the only perma-overt class when frs is actually on and working................

Ok..BioE is right (savor this moment, Bio...it may not happen again!)...I thought the wording was more vague than that (but who can even guess what mods we would get. We might only get +10 (more) to Melee and Ranged Def, or we might get all sorts of goodies.
