But that is only part of it. How a person acts is more important than how they look. It is typicaly the Jedi dressed like this that are always found in a crowded SP dueling other Jedi, and behaving in the kind of manner that gives the Jedi proffession a bad name and makes the general populace hate them. There is nothing SW(relating to the movies or books) abouta character like that, at least notone that is a Jedi.They look and act about as far as is possible to be from the way Jedi were portrayed in the movies we all love(and the way mature adults act in society).Now, I'm not saying I think all Jedi should go around in their stock robes, as I dont w/ my Jedi. But at least I still a look and act like one. Having your own custom outfit or look is one thing, but its easy to see the difference between a person who has their own style, and a person who has multiple robotic limbs and is only dressed the way they are to be l33t, in their never-ending quest to pwn the galaxy.

Again,dress isnt the real thing here.Its the kind of Jedi that constantly duels in the MO w/ their robotic limbs and completely un-SW dresschallenging noobs to duels and all around acting like a spoiled childthat ruins the feeling of SW in this game, not the number of Jedi. I dont expect this to be incredibly well recieved here, as at least half of the Jedi in this game are just like the one I've discussed, but that doesnt really bother me. I've said my piece. To those that are not like this, and try to actualy be a Jedi like myself, I salute you. We are a rare breed.

i couldnt agree more....

i also really hate when pplz names are a word or sentance....at best u laugh once and thats it. everytime u see that name your experience is greatly weakend. But then again pvp does that to me too :/

Having said that, ppl can do what they want and thats what makes games fun. Too bad SOE didnt make Labeld Roleplayer Servers... oh well

The amount of jedi hasnt ruined the roleplaying or expirenc, it just changed it.

I would imagine there where alot of jedi in the rebel days. there r 4 types of jedi: Dark jedi, and Sith. sith being a group of dark jedi more focused on evil, kinda like how scouts are ppl focused on helping lol. there r regular jedi who r more noble with what they know and secretive. then there is Light jedi, wich is basically the same as sith but good instead. The books/story only deal with Sith and Light jedi. the only person that could have taught luke the true jedi ways would be a light jedi, but there where no moreso he was the last. BUT not the last force weilding being. there is alot of room for large amounts of jedi.

Either way, if u slap darth vader u die in 1 hit, andhe does 7k damage! this means u suck bad, no big battle, no blocking, nuthing. Even the little padawans put up a fight to anakin, but we get pwned. i think the jedi we have are supposed to be of so little power(story wise) that wearnt even payed attention too.
