Looks dumb. reminds me of how an Xbox version of this game would be.
why because it will actually require a degree of skill, and oh no u wont be uber
you dont need to be an alpha class if your good at what you do.

Wow. Another complete game change?
Im gonna wait till I try it to pass judgement but, it sounds extreamly simplified. I like the complexity of SWG. (preCU was better but, I've adapted to it)
I've been a video gamer since Atari 2600 so , the more complex the better for me. This sounds like it may be too dumbed down for my taste.
And, jedi as a starting profession, eh? Really makes mefeellike I've wasted a year and a half of effort. Should have just waited to be given it.
We'll see I guess.
Whoa! The first 2600 or the re-issue. Either way, you just dated yourself bud. And how do I know? Because I've been a gamer since then too. lol
BTW Anyone remember the first Mac's?
Somebody find my teeth please! /rofl
At this point, FRS would pretty much be like levels 81-90. It would also undo the apparent balance SOE is looking for. If there was an FRS, then Jedi would really no longer be a starting profession but moving back towards its original alpha class designation. If there were an FRS, every other prof would wind up being less effective than the jedi. The point of making it a starter profession is to cash in on the desire but lack of work to jedi that most new players feel.
If the FRS did ever come back, it would be in name only and would be for titles only. No extra powers. I think force pool is gone. Consider levels 81-90 as your new FRS.
