24 done, 25 will be done by saturday, it won't work either so then i will be doing 26, then probably 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and then maybe, just maybe 32 will unlock me.
I have given up all hope of "the next profession being the one", might as plan on doing them all. Oh and there better be a badge for completing all 32 professions :-)
Scorus I just wanted to thank you for this post and to all who are close to finishing number 32 please come back and share with us if you unlock. I also believe just as I think Scorus does that SOE has indeed done a "Stealth Nerf" or a "Shadow Nerf" to prevent people who knew their systemfrom unlocking theirJedi.You who finish number 32 will tell us exactly how underhanded things are or aren't. For the record please check back to the early days of this forum because GarVa has contradicted what Q-3PO said on these very forums.He in fact almost statedword for word that it was a grind. Sorry GarVa but this customer has a long memory of developer responses having read just about every one.
I really hope I am wrong, but I don't think I am. If 32 comes and goes and no unlocks are reported then one of two things have happened. Its really just that simple. Either there is a bug that was introduced that has prevented the unlock OR SOE has stealth nerfed and sent GarVa to give them "plausible deniability." Whatever the case I really don't care, and largely its irrellevant to the issue that SOE made this system and SOE implemented this system. Right now there are MANY people out there who are grinding and doing so honestly might I add and DESERVE to have the same system to unlock their Jedi as the first ones had. Changing the rules midstream or underhandedly isn't fair. Nor is it fair to the person who does 32 profs to have abugkeep themfrom unlocking. Please tell us also who you are and what server your on so that we can send bug reports on your behalf as well and demand that you receive an answer.

I don't know how the devs can claim that nothing was changed with that patch. Even if there is a mysterious factor that we don't know, the fact that there was such a precipitous drop from the day before the patch to the day after belies that explanation. They may not have meant for anything to change, but change it did.
