Someone posted that they unlocked on Wanderhome on 2/24 with their 25th profession, so it looks like the possibility is still there, for what it's worth..

working on 30th (Weaponsmith) and 31st (Merchant) as we speak... so, goodluck to all you grinders, i stongly feel they capped it for my server at least. (bria). or, im just bugged.. and cannot access my FS character slot. all my friends are in disbelief its taken this long.. they know as well how many ive done, i have 26 of the 29 mastery badges on me, pre-badge-patch i mastered, Creature Handler/Brawler/Fencer. so those three are all i do not have on my name.. anyways.. ive tried creating a new character and nothing, even made a new one on a server deleted him and tried again. nothing. im losing hope guys. as im sure you are as well.. take care guys.. going to work on 30 and 31... later..

Well, I had to get back unarmed 4, and master marksman...working on that now. Unarmed 4/Rifle 4/Ranged Supp 4 all done, I'm shooting a quenker with my pistol as I type this, almost done with that...then 1 and a half boxes of carbine, and 610 app xp to master marks/novice commando.
I have 900k heavy weapons xp saved up from way back when I did BH, so I'll lose 250k of it learning flame 1 and 2. From there, it should be a breeze. I'll be done by weeks end, and will post all final stuff about my char then, including badges, and crap like that for all you guys, and of course, whether I unlock or not.
After a long discussion with a friend tonight while leveling unarmed, I'm pretty sure I just missed the boat on this one. I was given a hint back at #25, and took it the wrong way...not because it was unclear to me of what the clue was, but that the clue giver did not realize that the skill he was trying to tip me off to was one I was dropping, not climbing...that being the unarmed tree (commando). So, we shall see....
anyways, goodluck man. keep me posted. its been a long week for ive felt every hour, that i am bugged and wont recieve my jedi after monthes of grinding all these professions with only 3 remaining. i really hope you do get it, but im skeptical because i am close to you and havnt unlocked either, as are many many other. goodluck man.
