CM is fine, you will never be good against all templates its a fact.

The speed debuff is an attack its supposed to be a devastating move, if you have force speed 2 you basically only lose 20 speed if you dont ahve force speed 2 then well thats your template choice and you get hit harder.

Dots do 200-300 damage a tick, thats fine because if you want to counter them foods are available as well as skills from 0004 healer. We can have choke which does around 400 a tick.

Healing is more powerful than jedi but they cannot heal while KD like we can.

They have paralyse we can have stasis.

Swings and roundabouts. Im especially surprised at this whine since you have a decent saber, post CU jedi i can understand because their damage output is alot less but pre CU quality saber should have no cause to complain.

Whats your template btw?

Additionally, to those of you wanting a CM nerf. SHUT UP! Don't you think most of the issues we have gotten are for all the cries of nerfs. I take on the CMs and win, I have only lost to 3 BH since the CURB (2 right after the CURB and 1 while I was regrinding a new template and the BH did a good job). I even beat 3-4 more while I was regrinding the template including a MBH/CM.

As for Riflemen ... just keep the distance closed so you can go after them and the range advantage won't matter if you have the right skills (eg. a ranged attack).

Ok so if we moved paralyze to the master box and made it last 30sec would that be better for you?

That would be better for 95% of anyone who uses Paralyze. 0004 CM is not a common choice at all, because there's really no need to have paralyze if you don't have debuffs/dots to apply during it. As a result, most people who have para are MCM. This would be great.

I see a huge unbalance in combat when a MCM BH hunts me. They reduce your attack speed by -40.
This makes me so slow. Since forcespeed only gives +20.

On top of that we have ticks of round 600-800 and the dredful snare they do.

Unless you are a pre CU jedi you have no hope. I know some guys that wont even log on cause of these CM FOTM BH.

Theres a huge balance issue with CM atm.

Jedi speed also needs to be fixed. Its unacceptable that bh can shoot us every second and it takes us 2.
And with cm... it only gets slower and harder.

The answer is ForceRun2, Cloak, and Force Sap. Get them and you will beat this template.

xx4x enhancer is useless against a CM with semi-decent enhancers, the power of those things cuts right through any of the defences the enhancer has.

Unless you are Master Sabers, i very much doubt you can do enough damage to a MCM to run him out of mind *before* he run our of force, if he has his spice/food/drink mixes prepared. And worst case..if he is getting low, is a quick para followed by a sit down (if hisdots have run out).

Curious to see if anyone that says MBH/MCMdoesnt have MLS in their template?

I just dont fight them anymore...(had one just land fire/dots) then stand there and heal until i was out of force (or low)...[although he was pretty low on mind by the end of it]

You can't compare choke to dots, because choke is a master level box

You can't compare paralyse to statis because that's a master level box also.

Master combat medic gives you all those skills, for half the skillpoints. To get the Jedi equivalent of just those 2 skills, you'd need to be master enhancer, and master powers. Which is possible, but that leaves very little skipoints for healing, and let's not forget that you need something to do damage with and you probably need lightsaber skills. So don't compare those because it's not a fair comparison.

Don't forget that you guys are medics, not doctors. A medic is someone that will do basic emergency stuff but can't do serious healing. Can't compare RL medis to game medics either, but don't think for a second that a medic is a doctor.

A combat medic can bacta jab, bacta toss, bacta spray plus use stimpacks. Most of those can have enhancers meaning they can all heal for about 1000 and are all on different timers. That means that within a few seconds, a CM can use those 4 skills and go from 1 health to 3100 at very little mind cost. A Jedi with 4000 healer (meaning who invested the same skillpoints as a CM into healing abilities) can heal for 1500 every 6 seconds, at a very high force and mind cost.

So, you think it's normal for a combat medic to heal way more than a Jedi, even though a combat medic invested less skillpoints? If you think so, you're not thinking clearely. A master doctor should heal way more, way faster at very little mind cost as compared to a combat medic or a Jedi, that makes sence since a master doc invested a lot more skillpoints into healing than any other prof. But since combat medic's healing all comes from the 4000 branch, they should probably be the same as Jedi. Heal for 1500 and a 6-7 second timeout, big mind cost and also, double the mind cost since CM's dont' have to worry about force.

With the damage we get from post-CU sabers, the heals from a COMBAT medic are not balanced. Yes, i've beated a few combat medics and i'm not saying they are impossible to beat. What I'm saying is that the only time I can beat a MCM/MBH is when they just started hunting Jedi and don't know what they are doing. Once a CM knows his skills, I have no way of winning. I have to KD, root and run which is a damn waste of time for everybody, a waste of money on foods and if I got attacked while riding my barc, a waste of 200k for a repair kit.

i have a question i would just like answering as i am unsure....i am aware (sadly) that when a master cm hit me initially they apralyse and apply all dots while i cannot move.....this is very upsetting as some of theese dots do damage???? now if u have stasis can u apply anything in the jedi trees that does damage without releasing the stasis so the bh can move again?? i just think if this is the case surely dots that apply damage should stop the paralyse from working or have i missed anything here could someone let me know if i am off the mark here??? cheers

paralyse thats given at below master level - ie xxx3/4? is only 5 seconds long - it takes 3 sec to recover and be able to make another attack in most cases.

dots attempted to be thrown at anything below master stick less than 50% of the time in my experience too - even at master theres reasonable chance tomiss

you are wrong in your statement. Yes DOTs cause damage and paralyzewill break. BUT a de-buff does no damage and

WILL NOT break paralyze. A DE-BUFF is when i kill you mind or action regen and attack speed. A DOT cause damage to

your health pool.

the main issue imo is that if i want to heal the dots a m.cm lays on me, i need x-4-x-4 healer, but my heals cost force that takes alot longer than the bhs mind, thats the whole damn inbalance right there, if there is a need for me to have a "long term" not that long term is 20 minutes my abilities need to be powerful enough to warrant it.

Well there you go....rock scissors paper......mcm is rock.....x4x4 healer is paper.

the CM abilities cost mind.....mind for heals.......mind for dots.......mind for debuffs......its not just heals that cost mind.....the more times a cm debuffs or dots you the less mind he has.....you catching on yet?

If you have 6k force and you run out of force before you kill the mcm...well, I don't know what to tell you about that except practice......
