LOL, man ur a noob... ive been killed a couple times afk and learned the hardway. even with cloak a bh can use a bombdroid on u and uncloak u, so id recomment the /logout.

I love it. Is there one person that actually has any sympathy for this fool?

Yeah but your character is in the game even though you are afk. The BH does not know you are AFK and really if u are going to beAFK should be in your home or secure location. I have been killed recently while shopping on the bazaar and not paying attention and by the time I realized was being attacked was dead. Man was I pissed but realized it was my fault had been killed and should of been paying more attention.

They can easily put a AFK toggle to let you go AFK from BH only when not in battlewhere you can't be attacked by a BH. If you touch the keyboard or click mouse or execute a macroed commandit toggles off in such a way that you saw it toggle off.

You don't need to type /sit, /logout makes you sit down anyway

And to the OP, are you serious? Why would you wander off and go AFK and not logout, when you KNOW that BH's can come after you? It's common sense you require, not a mechanism to allow you to go AFK without getting attacked.

Many people seem to forget that Jedi is the endgame and that its meant to be hard. Is /sit, /logout such an advanced technique now? Its our job to fit the game mechanics (and 99% of the people who play understand this). Why should the devs bend them to fit us as we see fit? Ah to make it easier... Dont play a jedi if you are unable to deal with a system that every other player is able to adapt to.

Oh and on a side note...

It's not often I say things like this, but...

Did you think Jedi would be fluffy and easy and nice?? When I started down the glowbat path, I could be attacked by anyone overt OR covert of the opposite faction just for waving my saber within the past five minutes or using Force Run to escape. And it was FUN. Ever been chased by an angry Armorsmith wearing his own finest and trying to sell it to you while he smacks you with a power hammer???

It was fun, and you numbskulls who think that playing a PVP profession SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED and clearly communicated to be HUNTED AND HATED should have a nice, fluffy carebear time durinug PVE are the ones who got that fun yanked from the whole thing.

/sit then /logout , after 30 secs u can go afk as long as u want.

I always find it funny that people have this misguided notion that bounty hunters are supposed to be honorable. As far as u going AFK in a public place where u can be killed? Well. Everyone else has already said it. Get over it.

Regardless there are people behind the keybaord who have honor. I have met plenty of players who play BH who have honor. One in particular even tips his mark credits for speeders he may have destroyed. The point I was making to the OP is that he needs to watch his back and not expect the kindly BH. BTW don't put words in my mouth. I did not say they were supposed to have Honor. I said it was RARE.

In this case, I assume honor replaces mathematical intelligence.

If you have played long enough to become a honorable jedi, I'm sure you have familarized yourself with /logout (hell, you even mentioned it) and it's 30 second timer. If this command is too hard a challenge to use, there's another command (a button really) that you can access from the launchpad, called "Cancel subscription". This button will end all your horrors and you can go chat on aim with honorable chitchatters for hours on and on.

Jedi who go afk instead of logging out and then proceeds to whine about getting killed are one of three things:

• Ebay-lot


• Rryatt-kiddie


• Heavily intellectuallychallenged

It's not my intend to flame here, I simply wish for you to understand basic game mechanics.
