There would be more exploiting inPVE based FRS than PVP.

Assuming it's going to be quest based... how can you exploit it ?

While I agree with you that it would be lame not to include PvP in the new FRS, I'll have to say there are to many jedi now, it would be a complete disaster. Even then it was taken advantage of.The old FRS workedfora very shorttime as did alot of the stuff still in the game. It won't work now, something else needs to be thought up.

Im sry but the last thing I want to invovle myself in is PvPing with around 100 jedi at each starport. That ruins the game completely. Jedi should stay in hiding as best they can (grant it with forced grouping its hard) and do the trials on their own and earn their rank.

The old FRS was a joke, just pay a BH to die is all it was. Most of the people I knew with knight and master did nothing but pay for it.

Lets hope its not PvP and all trial based as it should be. PvP is only for the exploiters and fight clubbers.

The pvp community consists of about 5-10% of the players. Go figure.

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Lol! The main problem is the game is so bug ridden and full of exploits how the feck can you have a fair FRS based on PvP? Not all of us enjoy it anyway, and most of the time its just a gank either way. Bring me some cool quests like the other poster said are time gated and impossible to exploit.

If you enjoy running around around Starports carry on, but thats not my idea of what the FRS should be about.

LMAO...this is acompletely assanine thing to say.

Personally, I want the new FRS to be a combination of both, as I'd like to have my combat bolstered with actual story-content...imagine that!

However, the odds of a well-crafted (fat chance, I know) PVE type of FRS being exploited are slim to none. The Village made it easier to get Jedi, but there's no real way to exploit it. People learned how to camp/solo Necrosis, but that's not really exploiting either. I wouldn't consider Krayt farming an exploit either because you could theroetically kill 100 dragons in a day and loot like...one pearl.

Point is, PVP, which is player controlled content will always be more exploitable than PVE.

This is not about me. It's about supporting 80-90% of the players instead of a small minority.
