Well, AI uses force and it augments/enhances your ability to stay alive so this is clearly an Enhancer Skill! OMG, give it a rest! Nerf Defender NERF DEFENDER! isn't that what you really meant?




no. no nerf. aura and valor remain in defender as an innate skill. and is added to enahncer as an activated skill. the values remain the same in defender and are brought down in the addition to enhancer. plus one of the moves might be put in master enhancer and the other in a teir 4 box

how im understanding this is aura and valor become just perma on, but instead of +500 it might be +400, valor goes from 45 to 35 but no Force cost. no time activating the skill nothing. Enhancer gets these abilites in our resist tree xx4x since it currently does nothing at all. cept a cool animation i personally like the resist states. it looks like Nova from Diablo 2, but i digress. how can you be outraged at this? enhancer has more crap they have to spend force on. yes and some abilities need to be removed from enhancer. we should not have snare/root.


lets vote. would you like to spend waht 600-800 force every min (i dont have the FC of valor and aura) for a +500 Def and +45 Saber block

no force cost, non breechable +400 defense and +35 Saber block

Funny, the only special I miss with my current temp is Force Aura. If I could fit it in my Double master temp, I would in a heart beat. I would LOVE for M enhancers to get force aura..

Defender is about defense not innate defense but Defense.


Enhancer used to be about enhancement, but the evolution of the skill trees have made it a garbage buck of skills now


If you rally want to look at it here is how it might go.


Ehnacer: Remove Regain conc, force drain, transfer force, force armor, force shield, force feedback, force wave, force suppression, statis


Add Force valor, force aura, force infusion, cloak.


Defender, Remove Avoid incap, force aura, force valor, statis


Add Force armor, force shield, force wave force suppression.


Healer: Remove force sap, shock


Add: regain conc, transfer force, Avoid incap


Powers Remove Cloak


Add; force drain, force feedback, force sap, force shock



Now you really can't do it becuase it imbalances things but it does shift skill to the trees that they actually might belong to, except cloak but it's hard to place.


Powers is seen as offensive in nature so sap, shock drain feedback make more sense there.


valor aura are really enhancement to existing skills, infusion can be though of as an enhancement to heath regen so Ehancer.


force armor shield are defences, force wave and suppression , statisare also defensive skills.


regain conc is basically self resurect so obvious healer, transfer force is basically the healing for force pool, avoid incap has better use in healer.


But in the end nothing is going to move. Force armor and shield, for the new jedi was actually in Defender in the first version of Defender before pub 9 went live and was deamed to overpowering and was shifted to enhancer.
