Good post, but...
When have bounty hunters ever been considered honorable? Killing for money is not an honorable profession.
Examples of Killing for Money being Honorable:
- Soldiers: All soldiers are paid for their services, killing the enemy
- Samaurai: Were put on retainer to kill
- Assassin/Ninja: Obvious, but they were paid
- Mercenaries: Paid professions
- Gladiators: Often paid, even if that payment is freedom
Jedi kill without pay...does that make us better or worse? In fact, Jedi kill for prestige and self glorification (fight clubs)
Oh for god's sake, if you think this collection of thugs, bullies and psychos were honourable then yoo are emotionally retarded. No, really.
I hope you are not trying to say that soldiers are "thugs, bullies, and psychos"?

I'm still yet to see a Jedi successfuly comment on the fact that they were made well-aware that they'd be hunted, killed, and robbed of xp before they decided to become a jedi.
If you say you didn't agree to the above when you made the choice to become a Jedi, then you are, sir, a complete moron that probably should have done his research before logging on to ebay.
The best Jedi I've met embrace the difficulties of the profession and become stronger and more difficult to hunt as a result of it.
A fight with these Jedi is always something to remember, for all the right reasons. Honour on both sides, an understanding that both are here to serve a purpose, and even a mutual respect.
Then there are the weak Jedi that can't handle the difficulties, but persevere because they want to be 'uber'.
Encounters always resulted in hate tells, spam, and death-threats.
Despite the inconveniences, I love those Jedi the most.
They paid for my DE-10 and ADK.

Bottom feeders? You have gotten to far into this game if you believe that. You need to take a break from this game for a long time.Bottom feeders are scavengers. The analogy fits BH's very appropriately. You can be offended by it, but thats your problem.
BH's knew they'd be bottom feeders. Crying about it now makes you look as foolish as Jedi who cry about being hunted.
I have no problem with BH missions. I am not going to stroke your ego for you though. You bring nothing to the table. You are only willing to fight when you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This is OK by me because I accepted the challenge.
Don't get a big head though like the BH in the OP. In the end, we won. We finished our templates. You failed to stop us and therefore, you lost.
Get over it. When Jedi cried perma-death away, BH's really stood no chance of stopping them. That is when and why I switched sides.
FYI, brag all you want about how "rich" you are. I have an ADK on each saber and an pretty nice set of crystals/pearls. I guess there is more then 1 way to make money in this game. :-)
To issue a blanket statement about people you do not even know, well, you have proven my point, you live in a fantasy world.
Me cry? About what? I am neither jedi nor BH.
Get some professional help, now.

Stop crying because I called BH "bottom feeders". They are. I am not saying they are bad people IRL. I am saying that when they play this game as a BH, they are roleplaying a "scavenger" like profession. OMG, what a revelation! Who'dhave though BH's wouldn't have a saintly reputation!
Peoplemake choices. You want to PvP but you don't want to be attacked? OK. You can do that in SWG. Its totally cool. But enough with the "I ama noble Hunter" BS, cause it just aint so.
Its like dunking on a 4 foot hoop. Yeah, you got the ball in the net, but Michael Jordan you are not.

Here is reality.
Heis an obstruction.
Heis a distraction.
Heis a flat tire on our journey.
In the endhe loses, because we arive at our destination.
I've been on the terms constantly for nearly a month since I stopped grinding. 1 BH tried to kill me.
They are cherry pickers. If I got on the terms while I was leveling, one would show up within 2 hours.
They are not hunters. They are beggars who want us to feed them content and are too lazy to work for it.
I thought this sound this whole speech sounded familiar, then I noticed you were from Bloodfin. Didn't I kill you before? I'm almost sure of it. I think the tells I got afterwards were something about being "just another worrt to be crushed," and "playing the game in easy mode." Snuck up on you while you were in the middle of a lair, if I recall correctly. Ah, yes, those killsare always the sweetest.
As for being beggars, you are absolutely correct. You see, I don't care whether you make it to your end destination, or not. My only goal is to attach myself temporarily, in quasi parasitic/predatory manner, to your journey, extract what I need, and move on to the next victim. You should have a good feeling about that; your dying keeps me alive, Bounty Hunting is an expensive enterprise after all.
As for being lazy, I'm afraid this is quitea commonmisconception. I look forward to the day when Bounty Hunters will not have to bear the burden of this incorrect, prejudicely given label. The lazy ones are the ones unsuccessful at jedi bounties, the ones who run in, guns roaring, basically just kinda hoping for the best. Any coincedence that befalls a jedi mark, such as being attacked while grinding a lair, being attackedin the buff line, being attacked unbuffed, or shuttling to your hometown and finding the Hunter waiting for you, are all the cumulation of askill, finely honedthrough practice, perseverance, and love of a profession such that it reaches a level where it is no longer a crude display ofcombat, but indeed an art. Anyone who thinks Bounty Hunting (and being successful at it) is easy, I earnestly encouragethem to try it. Not a challenge or dare, I only hope toexposethat misconception.
I look forward to taking your mission while you arein a big PvP battle in Theed or Cnet, let someone else incap you, and let my DB macro clean you up.![]()

I have always said taking a mission on a jedi is griefing, whether directly or indirectly you are still griefing them. If you want to make friends buddy and share poetry your in the wrong profession, you may wanna try Dancer.

In all statements, the truth can be known. Bottom feeders, scavangers, people looking for an easy meal. When BH became too hard, you switched to the easy side.

If you want to hunt characters, become a BH. Many people have fun with this role.
If you want to be hunted by characters, become a Jedi. Some people find this fun and challenging and highly entertaining. If you don't, Jedi isn't for you.
If you want neither, there are a whole bunch of other classes you can choose from.
Oh, and come CU SP reallocation time, this TKM is taking up BH. This thread has inspired me to kill Jedi like nothing else. You poor, poor little victims, you.
