i say you post cu noobs had it so easy its not funny. it took me a year to grind my jedi pre cu, alone, solo, all bymyself, with groups of 1 bh, and 19 other characters, 20 total, chasing my no skill padawan around. you cry about 1 bh, try we had to deal with groups of 20, with jedi knights of the opposite faction, so they could get frs.
you cry and whine about pearls? it took me 6 months of krayt hunting everyday, getting pearls everyday, and tuning and throwing all those away, except for 5.
i dont feel sorry for any of you.
you post cu jedi have it made.
dont wanna mess with dsabers? get a good mpowers template and get over it, but mpowers is never suppose to be more powerful then a great msaberist, with a good saber.

roger that. I was FS with my alt on his first day. Eisley quests, jump on a vette group, drive around for an hour and you're done.
Had to group him with my Jedi to kill the Sith when they came though!

IF we had the power you had access to, I for one would GLADLY take those risks. Since we have roughly 1/20th of that power (Yes, I saw Jedi taking on 10 - 20 and winning), I believe the BH ability to take 1 on 1 missions (or even 3 - 5:1 if they try hard enough) is sufficient. With loss of Power, we HAD to have loss of punishment - This IS a risk vs reward style game.

Again, I wouldn't at all MIND having to kill 100s of Krayt to get 100s of Premium pearls to tune - OH, that's right - Can't do it anymore.

In a lot of ways, you're right. We can get XP in a group. We only have to deal with 1 on 1 BH encounters, unless the BH go to great lengths. And as a result, we are ALL MUCH weaker than we should have been. Our sabers have a type of damage easily resisted on certain types of armor. We do considerably less damage because we haven't the option of mass killing Krayt.
But consider the rewards YOU had - Sure, you had Saber TEF - But you ALSO had the power to survive it. You had the ability to wear Composite armor with insane protection. Not to mention a damage type that literally had NO resists at all. Yup, you had a different, longer grind - But your rewards were FAR better.

Lol some of you old jedi make me laugh, it was just as quick then as it is now. AFK grind proffs throught the hologrind easy. Er.. you mention the Kashykk grinders. er... Geno Caves anyone?
Soloing lairs in seconds, with the ability to grind whereever you wanted alone. Sabre TEF (thats one of the good thing!)
BH's (rofl) when Bh proff started it never worked, the terminals nevrer fucntioned and doids didnt work. You were prety safe unless you were stupid/
Group Tef, yes there was always a risk of getting ganked by a BH team but it worked both ways remember and often resulted in the Bh getting ganked too.
You had far more power for the what is relatively the same grind, it was just new then. Give all the post CU jedis a break, they have to go through most of what you did with the addition of forced grouping and crappy LS damage. If we all stuck together maybe we could get more done for our proffession?

The completed PADAWAN's are 1.5 times strong, this was as posted by SG! Before the CU and many would say this is not fact!

hmm..intresting point. so i knight is off the charts then. a master..well...out of this world. well. work on your skills guys. thats about all i can say. but....
the devs need to state what is up with this profession. they need to let us know where its going. define the jedi. Lucas Arts did, and sony came and changed it all up. so they need to let jedi know where they stand. cuz at this point, they dont.
I mean, you got new jedi complaining about being hunted. Pre cu, you got an holomail STATING that you are ina PVP PROFESSION, hence the debates. Once the devs clarify this, there will be no more room for argument. and pve jedi or pvp jedi can leave or stay.
but sony needs to define jedi. its not cool that the frs has been gone and are not saying anything and keeping us in the dark. heck i used to play but now i troll and hardly play...cuz theres no real reason to cept to train...
That's a fact we had it much-much harder then the newcomers tough. In fact the newcomer Jedi are whining the most. The Jedi is 1.5 stronger in the right hands and with a good saber (mean 700dmg++/700dps++)

Most of the whine I read on this forum is from older Jedi complaining about post-CU Jedi. Kinda like this:
"Oh, we had it so hard, nowyou get your Jedi for free. Please tell me I am special...". Or
"Post-CU Jedi do not know how to play Jedi, but I do. Please tell me I am special...". Or
"There are just too many Jedi, I want to be the only one. Please tell me I am special..." This one is kinda odd since I do not hear other professions complain about this half as much. Or
"Pearl drops are just fine because I got all the pearls I need in my saber. It is the only thing that makes me special..."
