When crafting it requires the equivalent of 6 single point amazings to save a point. If you experiment 6 points at once and get an amazing it is the same result as 7 great's. Going 1 point at a time would require 6 out of 9 experiments to be amazing's to max out a line, would be a rare time that would happen. One could try 9 points at once until you get an amazing, you may hit 47. You could also try3 and then6 till you get 2 amazings in a row. Best advice is to keep trying different methods if you have the resources to do so.

Personally, I found that it wasn't the resource that contributed the most to the crafting, it was the one hardest to find with the right stats that was the problem.

In the case of Corbantis, the hardest was Trigeso (duralloy steel) - most of the other resources are (relatively!!) easy and cheap to find at the right price.

I would have a suggestion for you, since it sounds like you don't have a full set of uber LS resources - sell your resource deed for 3-4 mil (the going rate on Corby it seems), then find a vendor selling 1k sets of uber resources, and buy a few.

Even if you buy 3 resource packs at 600k a piece, and sell your deed for 3.5 mil, that means you have 3k of EVERY good resource (plenty for decent LS crafting), and you have a cool 1.7mil left over.

Just a thought

polysteel copper and polymers are quite common, even with good stats.

Titanium alluminum and Duralloy steel are not rare resources but maybe it's rare to find good stats.

Culsion inert gas is both rare and hard to find in stats.
