They aren't going to make everyone that wants to be in the FRS buy an expansion. we all know this.. so its not on mustfar..

The DEVs have stated over and over that the ToW expansion is not requsite for the FRS.

Not been able to see my tree since the CU and also my rank xp shows in CTRL+S which it did not before.

Uh, yeah they did. And trees always showed up... you had to go through the 'All Professions' or whatever perhaps. But no, both were always available even after FRS was turned off.
