I agree here. Some jedi are weaker some are stronger. Some players are really good at pvp some are better at pve or cooperative play. Problem is that the jedi profession is all about pvp wether its because we are fighting bounty hunters or because of the FRS forcing us all to go find the same uber and un-unique jedi template. Those that suck at pvp, like myself for example will always be the weaker jedi compared to those that excel at pvp. Im not complaining just stating how i see it. So for now, unitll the devs decide to change the system if they ever plan to that is, ill have to practice pvp to be stronger because i wouldnt mind thinking of myself as the obi-wan of SWG...lol

max/min dam on LS (uber)
AI(still uber imo even with snare,if used when getting gankedin group pvp and allow allies to call targets andkill enemy non master def fast, and in PvE for tanking djm)
Statis(uber in pvp, unmatched skill imo)
Cloak(roflmao nuff said)
Do I feel like jedi is 1.5x stronger with nice sabers and correct choice of template and knowledge of pvp? YES!
Its the post-cu jedi who didnt invest in pearls that need some loving.

People are forgetting that Jedi are nearly untouchable (in everything but this sad, sorry game)...and this game would have us all be more vulnerable than a fat kid with asthmain dodgeball. Please people, wake up...you're lulling yourselves into a false sense of what Jedi should be within the confines of this game! Push the devs to make it more!!! If the devs get their way, Jedi will be the weakest profession in the game. Period. That's their "organic system" they've talked about since this "game" was released (even though we're still beta-testing it to this very day!!)
Personally, I've had it with them and their horridly skewed views on what Jedi should be, so I've cancelled my account. Twenty-seven months and what have we to show for it? A combat system that is putrid, an "end-game" profession that's worse than starting professions, and more bugs/glitches/errors than anyone can possibly fathom. As such, I can no longer, in good conscience, continue to fund their lack of intelligence. I only hope that everyone has the epiphany that I've had, and pulls the plug on SOE's funding. Perhaps then they'll realize how completely and utterly wrong the game is and maybe....just maybe....they'll make it right. But, if I've learned anything in the 27months I've been with SWG, it's that they never learn.

I for one, Love my jedi , my abilities, My Robe(even though I dont us it to keep me "hiden") and my saber
It takes a very well equiped and skilled "PVPer" to beat a full template jedi withgood equipement,who knows what to do

Only noobs who have no idea how to PvP would continue to hit a Jedi with AI on, period. PvE, what do you think is better, spend AI and hope your force lasts long enough so your groupkills the mob or get 2 ranged templates that can kill anything in the game without getting hit once? Do you still think AI is uber?

Have any idea what your "uber" rifle would hit me for?
One of my toons has 715-1460 ALR and it tickles me.

What exactly is your accuracy?
There is only one way it will tickle anyone and that's if you have MD using Aura, pik Pie, vegp.
Would it surprise you to know I can get my accuracy up to 750 for a limited time? Sure if a MD jedi with all his food and macros going would be pain to kill (specially with Valor going), infact I might not be able to do it BUT luckly I'd say PvP skill is in short supply lately.
**btw, my comment was to refute the statement that min/max for a saber is uber. My 700 damage saber's min value is bested by my rifle. With the elemental damageit will givea slight edge to the saber IF you are facing higher defenses (more than just aura). I realize Melee defenses are insane for defender just like they are for any non-Jedi melee player but I can at least do the same damage as the Jedi is doing to me.**

my latest template regrind on my ranged alt comes to : 264 general ranged accuracy + 85 rifle accuracy +25 rifle acc in tapes + 25 general ranged acc in tapes = 399 accuracy before foods
+250 acc from aim
649 acc before foods,
700 with crispic
weapon of choice : bowcaster
705 min - 1300 something max.
Speed : 55 general + 65 rifle = 120 + 50 in tapes = 170 speed no speed buff.
lets just say you need aura + valor + pikatta + thundercloud and it still hurts.
