You don't see them retaliating, although one could interpret their slow fixing of problems as passive agressiveness if one wanted to. But most likely it is not. Snapping cannot and should not be tolerated in a company.

Well, we don't pay them to do there job, we pay them for a product. They are not our employees. They don’t answer to us (and that have been shown to us), but to SOE.

AMEN! As long as the Dev's continue to hide in their Ivory Towers away from the masses of paying/player Customer's reasonable requests for CLEAR information, with their "No Bread? Let them eat cake.." attitude, then the messenger is the target..plain and simple.

Want that to change? Get a "Red Lettered" Name to shag his posterior out of his ivory Tower and come face the mess the DEV's created and we'll stop shooting at the only targets available to us.

The only posts I've tracked from Tiggs where when the xp nurf caused X thousand of account cancellations and when Bria was having really bad stability issues with constant crash/rollbacks for 2 weeks or more.
She posted they would revert the xp nurf (nothing to do with her, simple as "we'rehaemorrhaging accounts at a rate of 000's a day") for the 1st one.
Misleading in the extream, only posts when they have a totally foggy answer drafted up, no clarity, no transparancy and no chance of knowing how we all feel.
Any respect I had for the whole CS team evaporated a long time ago, now all thats left is mistrust. I think its well earned.
