You assume the problem is with the people in contact with us because they are the "faces" we see. They don't do the programming. Don't blast them just appreciate the fact that they are there.
I don't appreciate them because they don't even pretend to sympathize or understand the problem. Instead, we are threatened with banning and our psts deleted.
I don't hug people who are failures at their jobs.

Despite the fact that it is natural to snap you CAN'T tolerate "snapping." What if the McDonald's guy snapped after you told them they got your oder wrong (again) which happens all the time. People go in mad and angry because their order is wrong. If the McDonalds guy went off he WOULD be fired, simply because it is not good policy. This is no different. It is a business just like McDonalds or any other fast food place. The people at the ticket counters and representatives at the airports probably take the most crap out of anyone. Yet, they seem to be able to take it because they are a representative of their company. If they snapped they WOULD be fired. Community relations is her job. She made bad relations. She should be replaced. If it was snapping at someone else within the company it would be one thing, but not at the customer. Hell, the devs take more crap than anyone else in SOE in these forums. You don't see them retaliating, although one could interpret their slow fixing of problems as passive agressiveness if one wanted to. But most likely it is not. Snapping cannot and should not be tolerated in a company.
