One thing that i dont understand is jedi say they are not 1.5 times more powerful, well if that's true how come every player with a jedi always uses it for hard pve or pvp. if jedi are so weak why not just use your alt?
bounty hunting comes hand in hand with being a jedi... it's something i've accepted even before i became jedi, and being hunted doesn't bother me... will I complain if I get killed, probably not... I have faced the fact that I will most likely die from time to time if a BH happens to get my mission... sure I'll be pissed, but that's just because I hate to lose, in any case if I lose I will learn from my mistake and hope to correct it for the next time.
About people who question the overall power of jedi, and thus complain about the apparent weakness... well, they do have some valid arguements some of the time... Our disciplines happen to be quite... "neglected"... we have bugs to the left and the right of our abilities... we have been nerfed repeatedly and I'm sure that's gotten to alot of people. The problem with this is, things keep getting taken away from our characters... taken away without giving anything back. We still have no FRS, one of our main forms of content for instance... The pearls/crystals issue has still not been addressed in the manner that most would like... It seems our lightsaber speed is currently not working correctly... Cloak is getting an upcoming nerf apparently... And I could go on and on but I'm sure you've heard it all before.... Alot of people think the devs somehow "cater" to the jedi that play this game... From what I have seen, it's quite the opposite.

I am content with the way Jedi is now...I think I am one of the only people who is. The people who cant affor premiums or more importantly, never stocked up on premiums before they got a Jedi are tier 2.
Im strong enough to hold my own in most circumstances, never lost 1v1 to a BH. when full temp. If I want to bea damage dealer I'll make a RM, if I want to be uber at PvP I'll make a pike stacker...

come on, it was both pre and post-cu, only time you died with a full temp, was with a bh gank squad

What do the players of Jedi toons want? Well personally i would just like a choice. When im tired of trash talk and annoying BHers i can 'Choose' not to allow them to attack me and when i fancy fighting i can 'Choose' too just like the GCW people can. Perhaps a saber TEF for the idiots who prance around Starportsdragging our proffession into the gutter. Oh yes and total removal from the GCW, we have no real place or purpose involved in this. The battle between Dark and Light should be the only thing any Jedi should be concerned with, not the battles between the 'lesser' beings

To be Like Jedi in the movies....
To be able to help and protect other players .....
To Be able to .... role play... in a MMORPG....

In this game, from the start, Jedi have always been hunted. Pre-pub9, pre-cu, and post cu.
The fact of the matter is this, you knew you would be hunted when you got Jedi, if you dont want to be hunted by other players, you shouldn't have become one. Thats pretty much how simple this is.
The only major change I'd like to see for jedi is a revamp of our saber crafting. make it so that the final stats on sabers is more dependant on crafting than on pearls/crystals, i.e. the final stats on sabers is about 75% based on crafting and only 25% on pearls.
A change like this would benefit those new jedi with totaly crap sabers. while those of us with top sabers will still have top sabers.
Those who say that jedi is underpowered either (a) dont know what they're doing or (b) have a totaly crap saber. An experienced jedi with even a half decent saber will be more powerful than non-jedi
Those who say that jedi should be much more powerful since our grind is so long also dont know what their talking about. yes we need to grind more exp, but IMO, grinding BH invest exp is more frustrating.

That is all i want to do.I think full temp jedis with +600dps lsarepowerfull than any profession in-game(Except master force powers of course =P)

It would be SO much better if people stocked up in 70-100 crystals and pearls with good quality or above so they can get a decent start when they get their paddy robe instead of the "omgosh nerf pre-CU sabers" and "remove tuned premium pearls from game" posts.
