dude, no need to type in such a big font and in such a bright color.. (your a freaking tard) read my intire post what I stated is to make the clothes useless at 0 condition, but make attachments removable...and look at the fact that I am also a jedi (once again your not to bright) I know about dying...
you are correct, tailors don't die because of this bug physically, they die because once some one has all thier clothing, there is no need for a tailor... so tailor either changes profs or is deleted.

if seeker droids cost 20, 30, 40 mil a peice, I imagine BHs would have lost it, flame somewhere elseplease
I was just using that as an example. It was just something that people got used to because it was around for so long. Same thing with clothing. Since you've gotten used to having 0 condition clothing working when it fact in shouldn't be you consider it a nerf when really it isn't, its fixing a bug. Does it suck? Hell yeah. Is it right for soe to fix their bugs? Hell yeah.

i agree. Its not that i dont think it sucks, it just makes sense for SOE to fix it to make things useless when it hits a condition of zero. I would say that before they make that fix, reset every item in everyones inventory to its maximum condition. It would be the nice thing to do.

u know this fix might make Master Tailors useful again. especially if they made them have a new ability to reverse engineer near broken clothing to get SEA back from them. just an idea![]()

Who was flaming here, I spoke a valid point and you have taken it as a personal flame. When indeed it was not and now your making pesonal remarks and insulting me! And I agree that indeed it would be nice to be able to remove mods!
Might I suggest than you read the mailing and then cool down and re-read them to make clear their intent!

If a peice of clothing goes to zero, we need the ability to retreive the ca or aa and reuse it. never seen a ca or aa go bad, just the clothes.
This is the only way this would be acceptable.CA's are hard enough to come by these days since the loot tables are trashed.Saying you should have to ADK the stufff would be fine if adk's werent a one time reward. They run about 20-25 million each right now and won't be going down anytime soon.On top of that there won't be loads of them coming into the game and those that are will be put to use by the person who gets the reward.Jedi ca's cost between 1-2 million per point on my server. So if you decided to max out your speed and accuracy and general speed and accuracy how much would you be spending? What if you had to buy ADK's for all of it?Lets see, I would have to have one for my saber my headwear,my shirt,my bandolier, and my pants(just listing what I use right now)I have one adk of my own so that means I only need to spend 80-100 million on adks on top of the 40-80 million that the ca's could have potentially cost. With a regular profession you can have a PvP suit and a PvE suit but with the system Jedi operate in you have to be in PvP mode allof the time.So if you get mauled while krayt hunting and have to clone there goes a little more condition.Of course another fix would be to make insurance actually work for PvE death.I sympathize with the tailors and I'll buy there stuff non stop but to take away the mods without giving us the means to recover them would be a little harsh I think.
first time ive ever agreed with you jedibd. Insurance needs to do something besides just take your money. maybe then people wouldnt be so upset about the fix.

actually this would not be a "nerf". this would qualify as a "fix" which is very unusual of SOE to do. i mean hell its been broken for so long that "u" think its a nerf
also im not 100% sure but i think u can put ADK on broken clothin and it should put it back to 100% condition but i could be wrong. if it does work u have enuff credits to buy 2 ADKs for ur 2 broken items and still have sum credits left u rich SOB

Tailors have asking for this to be fixed since day 1. It has taken 2 years to fix something that was bugged at launch.
I just used my final respec to change away from Tailor because it is impossible to survive insellingitems whichare a one-time/rare purchase.
It has been known for a long time that this fix would be coming, so it is not a surprise or stealth nerf.
This is what SOE should be doing, fixing things that have remained brokeninstead of adding new content or combat systems.
This is not a Jedi nerf, it is an un-nerfing of Tailor.
